School of Motion - Design Bootcamp

School of Motion - Design Bootcamp
Duration: +25 h | Video: .MP4 1920x1080, 30 fps | Audio: AAC, 44.1 KHz, 2 channels | Size: 23.2 GB
Genre: eLearning | Language: English

Design Bootcamp shows you how to put design knowledge into practice through several real-world client jobs. You'll create style frames and storyboards while watching typography, composition, and color theory lessons in a challenging, social environment. Learn to solve problems visually.
Design is hard work, and designing for Motion is even harder. Not only does your work need to look good as a still, but it also needs to look amazing when animated. If you've ever wanted to design your own work, instead of relying on others to create it for you, then look no further than this course. We've crafted each lesson to be practical, essential design principles in the context of real-world jobs. You'll learn the fundamentals of design and use your new skills on exercises modeled after real-world projects.

COURSE INSTRUCTOR : Mike Frederick

What will I learn?
This Course shows you how to put Design knowledge into practice through real world projects. You'll be doing professional Style Frames and Storyboards in no time. You will learn how to solve problems visually through the use of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator in a practical manner. At the end of this course you will have learned the fundamentals of design and how it applies to real projects.
Design Bootcamp vs. Illustration For Motion
Here's what some alumni have to say about their experience in Design Bootcamp vs. Illustration For Motion.
"I think of it this way: in Animation Bootcamp, pretty much everything is handed to you, and you make it move. In Design Bootcamp, you need to come up with your ideas, make moodboards, find matching assets and put things together. Illustration For Motion is even broader than that - you can make literally anything happen, but that can also be challenging, since your possibilities are endless. Nothing is holding you back anymore, and you're the king of every frame."

"Aside from the content being very different, if you are already comfortable with Photoshop then it's just a matter of whether you'd prefer to work on designing using assets like photos or if you want to improve in your actual drawing/illustration ability. When I took Design Bootcamp it was really my first serious foray into Photoshop, so there were a few times I felt overwhelmed. I feel much better about Illustration for Motion because I am accustomed to the software now."

If you are debating between which course to enroll in, there is no wrong choice! It just depends on which skills you want to strengthen.
What are the prerequisites?
You'll need to be comfortable using Photoshop and Illustrator. You should understand the basic principles of design. If you are not there yet, we recommend taking Photoshop + Illustrator Unleashed first.
What is the course format?
Our flexible course format makes it possible to be engaged from anywhere in the world on your own schedule. All of our courses are taught completely online through pre-recorded lesson videos, podcasts, and handouts. Students typically receive homework assignments twice per week, which have soft deadlines. All student work is critiqued by our highly trained Teaching Assistants. School of Motion TA's are professional motion designers with real life experience in the industry. They will be there for you throughout the entire session to critique your work in our proprietary critique portal. Our TA's are able to critique as many versions of your work as you would like to submit during the duration of the session; so you get the feedback you need to sharpen your skills. During the course you will be invited to a private Facebook group that contains all of the Teaching Assistants and students in your session. This is a great tool for connecting, asking or answering questions, sharing thoughts or insights, and winning cool contests!
What is the required software?
Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 (18.0 or Higher) Adobe Illustrator CC 2017 (17.0 or Higher)
What is the workload like?
You can expect to commit at least 15-20 hours per week on course material. The lesson videos are 1 - 2 hours in length. There are 12 Assignments total. Typically assigned on Mondays and Thursdays with soft deadlines the next day. We have designated weeks with no lessons or assignments built into the schedule so students have extra time to keep with the course pace.

Requirements
Have Android Studio installed and ready
Have an Android emulator or Android phone with usb cable to be able to run apps from Android Studio
Understand Android concepts such as what is an Activity, and Intent, and the Activity Lifecycle
Be able to recognize java code and broadly understand what it does

Description
Why Am I Making This?

I wanted to make this course because when I was first learning mobile development, I tried going online and finding beginner videos and courses. What I found is that, they were great at teaching surface concepts as a starting point, but in and of themselves, they weren't enough to explain how to build an app beyond a certain point of complexity. So, if you're coming off of a beginner tutorial, you have some prior knowledge of Java and you understand some Android concepts such as the activities and lifecycles, then this is a great next step to further deepen your skillset and really stand out when applying for a job or trying to make a quality app by yourself.

What Are We Going to Make?

We're going to be making a "Google Notes" clone with the following features:

1. Make tasks that are broken down into todos

2. Todos can be checked off as completed or incomplete and appropriately displayed

3. Notes will be displayed on a separate view from tasks and todos

4. Both notes and tasks will be stored in a SQL database

Building this app is a great way to learn good software architecture and object-oriented principles. For example, we'll be able to reuse a lot of our code within the adapters and the view models when displaying a task list and a notes list if properly architecture.

Also, this is just the no frills version of the app. Along the way after teaching each concept, I'll have assignments followed by solutions on how to add deeper complexity into the app such as adding coloured tags for tasks, or making a list for only active tasks. By the end of it, you'll have a clean and material design adherent app that you can customize to your delight and use as a reference point to implementing your own app idea.

What Is Different?

Apart from learning new trends in Android such as Kotlin, Google Architecture Components, and MVVM, I'll also introduce you to a few popular libraries and tools that are widely used in industry to allow greater team collaboration and reusability of code.

1. Dependency Injection- If you've ever heard of Dagger or Toothpick as a library and wondered why it's so cool, this will teach you!

2. Coroutines- One of the biggest advancements in Kotlin is the ease of multi-threading and writing concurrent applications. Whether it's making a database query or waiting for a network request, what used to be a very complex task in Java without the use of a third-party library is now fast and built into Kotlin. This is also one of the few courses to explain how multi-threading and concurrency works which is transferable to almost any field of programming, not just mobile development!

3. Google Architecture Components- Learning how to use pre-made templates for ViewModels will facilitate the MVVM architecture which greatly helps simplify code and speed up development time and using the Room SQL Database Library will enable developers to persist data at ease.

4. JUnit and Mockito Testing is a vital part of programming when working in the industry where apps need to be reliable and robust to serve a large number of users while keeping testing time as low as possible.

This course covers syllabus of CEH v10 Certified Ethical Hacker version 10, mainly the Network activities, and some frequent web application vulnerabilities. Course has been designed in a way so that any novice, (from Zero level) to the advanced level of people in cyber security field can easily understand and can be well-benefited. As it is a step-by-step process, from zero to high level, we encourage you to try to understand exclusively the part one; then after, jump into the next parts to get what you need to know about cryptology, network establishment, firewall, hacking, eavesdrop, empower the security, etc...(as if you were sitting in a Master & PhD cryptology classroom).

Therefore, after completing our courses (parts 1 - 4), you will meet with the most used encryption techniques, methods used to mitigate the probability of being hacked by Black-Hat hackers.

-The most recent ways of hacking into a wireless network, no matter what protocols the Wifi was set with by its administrator. Furthermore, no matter how strong the Wifi password is, so that we dupe someone's network. We explain the reasons behind the scene of such attacks. Exploitation of the existed holes that the most used Operating Systems contain, such as (Linux based, Windows, Mac OS, Android)

We deeply explain why RSA is that so strong and why it is highly used in real-life cybersecurity, as well as AES encryption.

Most Well-known Encrypting Algorithms, such as ElGamal, RSA, Diffie-Hellman, and so on forth (Encryption and Decryption steps) are well described. It is crucial for cybersecurity engineers in Master and in PhD classes.

Note:
In this course, we supply to you not only videos for the practice, but also we provide a light text file for each part of the tutorial which is exclusively self-explanatory (a step-by-step process) so that we make it easier to learn according to the obligations that you might face while you want to continue with your practice.

Example of a situation: you might need to continue with your tutorial where you are at a specific place, and don't want to disturb anybody while you forgot your earphone/headphone.

Description
Welcome to Recon for Bug Bounty, Pentesting & Ethical Hacking.

This course starts with the Basics of Recon & Bug Bounty Hunting Fundamentals to Advance Exploitation.

This course starts with basics with Web and Web Server Works and how it can be used in our day to day life. We will also learn about DNS, URL vs URN vs URI and Recon for Bug Bounties to make our base stronger and then further move on to Target Expansion, Content Discovery, Fuzzing CMS Identification, Certificate Transparency, Visual Recon , Github Recon , Custom Wordlists , Mind maps, Bug Bounty Automation, Bug Bounty Platforms with practicals.

This course covers All the Tools & Techniques for Penetration Testing & Bug Bounties for a better understanding of what's happening behind the hood.

The course also includes in depth approach towards any target and increases the scope for mass hunting and success.

With this course, we will learn Target Selection Techniques for Host, Subnet Scans & Host Discovery, Content Discovery, Subdomain Enumeration Horizontal & Vertical, CMS Identification, Fuzzing the target for finding web vulnerabilities like XSS, Open Redirect, SSRF, Sql Injection etc. How to increase the scope and take screenshots for large number for hosts for better visualisation. We will also learn How to use Shodan for Bug Bounties to find critical vulnerabilities in targets. We will also see Github Recon to find sensitive information for targets like API keys from GitHub Repositories. Next we will see How to perform Automation for daily day to day tasks and easier ways to run tools, We will also see How to write Bug Bounty & pentesting Reports. We will also cover mind maps by other hackers for a better approach towards any target and also we will see mindmap created by us. We will also see Bug Bounty Platforms and how to kick start our journey on them.

Here's a more detailed breakdown of the course content:

In all the sections we will start the fundamental principle of How the scan works and How can we perform Exploitation.

In Introduction, We will cover What is Web, What are Web Servers, DNS and We will also learn about DNS and How DNS works and also How DNS is important in our day to day life.We will also see the difference between URL, URN and URI, We will also see the complete breakdown of URL to understand better. We will also learn about Bug-Bounty Hunting and Understand the Importance of Recon in Bug-Bounty Hunting and Pentesting.

Before starting the journey, We will see Top-10 rules for Bug-Bounty Hunting and we will understand the psychology of the Hackers.

In Shodan for Bug-Bounties we will start with the installation of Shodan and we will learn about Shodan Queries such as Info, Count downloads and many more and will run them from our command line. We will also learn Host Enumeration, Parse dataset, Search Queries, Scan commands using Shodan. The Section cannot be completed without learning about Shodan GUI which is very simple and easily understandable. We will also see Shodan Images, Exploits , Report generation and alot more.

In the end, we will see the summary and revision of the section to remember the important queries and key points.

We will see live hunting with Shodan and understand about latest CVE's and perform exploits. We will see Jenkins Exploitation Logs, Jenkins Exploitation Credentials, ADB under Shodan LIVE Hunting.

In Certificate Transparency for Subdomain Enumeration we will learn about crt[dot]sh, wildcards of crt[dot]sh and We will learn automation for crt[dot]shto enumerate subdomains for a target. We will also learn about Shodan, Censys for Subdomain Enumeration, We will learn about Google and Facebook Certificate Transparency. We will also learn to find out Subdomains using DNS Dumpster and enumerate all the DNS records as well as save the hosts in a xlsx format. We will also see the workflow for dnsdumpster to know about the whole target server from its DNS records like A, CNAME, MX, TXT etc.

In Scope Expansion we will learn about ASN Lookup, Pentest tools, VirusTotal. We will also learn about some awesome tools like Sublister, Subfinder, knockpy, Asset Finder, Amass, Findomain, Sublert, Project Discovery Nmmapper and a lot more.
We will also understand how to use them effectively for expanding the scope to walk on less travelled road and achieve success in bug bounties

In DNS Enumeration for Bug-Bounties we will learn and understand about DNS Dumpster, DNS Goodies, Altdns, Massdns, Vertical & Horizontal Correlation (Viewdns.info) and enumerate the subdomains from the recursive DNS.

We will start with Introduction to Fuzzing, Its importance and Step by Step process, We will see fuzzing practically on LAB and LIVE websites to understand better.
We will Learn, Understand and Use tools like Wfuzz and FFUF and also see how we can perform recursive fuzzing on the target. We will also perform HTTP Basic Auth Fuzz to crack the login of the dashboards and also do Login Authentication Cracking with the help of useful wordlists.

We will utilise some of the wordlists like Seclists, FuzzDB, Jhaddix All.txt and will also see how to make our own custom wordlists for the targets.

Content Discovery covers tools like Dirsearch, Gobuster which will be helpful for finding out sensitive endpoints of the targets like db.conf or env files which may contain the DB username and passwords. Also sensitive information like periodic backups or source code and can also be identified which can lead to compromise of the whole server.

In CMS Identification we will learn and understand about Wappalyzer, Builtwith, Netcraft, Whatweb, Retire.js

As Banner Grabbing and identifying information about the target is the foremost step, we will identify the underlying technologies which will enable us to narrow down the approach which will lead to success.

In WAF Identification we will see WAF Detection with Nmap, WAF Fingerprinting with Nmap, WafW00f vs Nmap.

We will know, If there are any firewalls running on the target and accordingly send our payloads to the targets and throttle our requests so we can evade them successfully.

The Mindmaps for Recon and Bug-Bounty section will cover the approach and methodology towards the target for pentesting and bug bounty. A strong and clear visual building block visual representation will help in performing the attack process with more clarity and will help in knowing the next steps.

The Bug-Bounty Platforms section contains a Roadmap of How to start your Bug-Bounty Journey on different Platforms like Hackerone, Bugcrowd, Integrity, Synack, It also covers how to Report Private RVDP Programs.

With this course, you get 24/7 support, so if you have any questions you can post them in the Q&A section and we'll respond to you as soon as possible.
