Entagma - Patreon Advanced CG Tutorials (update up to May 2021)

Entagma - Patreon Advanced CG Tutorials (update up to May 2021)
Video: MPEG4 Video (H264) 1920x1080 25fps 395kbps | Audio: AAC 48000Hz stereo 253kbps
Genre: eLearning | Language: English | File size: 11.1 GB

Hey Guys, this is Manuel and Moritz of Entagma.

We're both CG artists working somewhere in between art, VFX and technology. And we both have a passion for teaching. While working on commercial projects we often face unusual tasks that require unconventional techniques. And in our spare time we enjoy spending long hours in front of the screen, investigating interesting algorithms and approaches. We decided to share these techniques with you and build an online video library to serve as a reference and inspiration.

In June 2016 we started creating advanced CG tutorials on our Vimeo channel for free. Since then we created over 70 tutorial videos and a collection of resources that will help you acquire advanced skills in computer graphics. We share techniques that we've been nerding about and have been using in production.

We really enjoy running Entagma! And we love the great community that formed around it. If you like our work and feel the urge to support us in making even more awesome stuff, feel free to become our patron. With your help we'll be able to continue what we did over the course of the last year.

What's in for you?
For becoming a patron, we're gonna share content exclusively available here with you: Full resolution renderings of our artwork, the files used for shading/lighting and rendering those, behind the scenes and exclusive Patreon-only courses. On this „pro track" we'll have up to two courses running at the same time. We'll release one or two professional tutorial videos every month (including scene files, render setups, support materials, etc.). These will add up to full featured 10 - episode workshops focusing on one single topic over time. Courses that already started or are currently being prepared include:

Volumes 101 - an in depth look at Houdini's mighty volumes and how to use them in conventional and unconventional ways.
Programming in VEX 101 - learn how to script like a pro with no prior programming knowledge, using Houdini's powerful VEX language
Adding Houdini To Your Arsenal - your fast track to transitioning to Houdini in a design environment.
Grains&Vellum - Everything about Houdinis PBD based DOP solvers.
Particles 101 - Learn about the ins and outs of creating particle based VFX and design effects.

How does it work?
When you sign up as our patron, you'll select how much you'd like to pledge per month. This money goes directly (well - minus Patreon's & PayPal's share) into funding our Vimeo channel, our webspace, hardware and infrastructure and enables us to create even more educational and entertaining content for you. Depending on the amount you pledged you'll get immediate access to all of the patreon exclusive content regardless of when it was posted.

Be aware however that Patreon will always charge at the first day of each month. So if you'd like to unsubscribe, make sure to unsubscribe towards the end of a month in order to get the most out of your pledge. Our Patreon is set up to charge up front.

Our tutorial videos are subscription only, they are not available for download. This means that as soon as you're pledging a tier which unlocks full video access (29$/mo or higher), you'll be able to access our full premium video library. As soon as you unsubscribe, you'll lose access. But you can resubscribe any time :)

We're thrilled about the sheer amount of positive feedback we've been receiving since we launched Entagma! Thank you so much for all the positivity you help us experience! Let's make Entagma even more awesome!

Learn everything you can do with cryptocurrency - How to make a full-time living with Cryptocurrency Mining

What you'll learn
Learn everything you can do with cryptocurrency

Description

Cryptocurrency mining has become popular in recent years, all cryptocurrencies have taken a magnificent popularity and continue to take day by day so we must get ahead of time and learn about what will be the future of technology.

Without wasting too much time and without going too much into the theoretical stuff I will explain the points with the most relevant information possible , Cryptocurrency mining without going deep into the field simply is a computer or several computers connected together through a pool or a pool these connected computers are able to solve algorithms that in turn result in a block of bitcoin currently blocks of 6.25 BTC, let's answer the question when the bitcoin is created started by blocks of 50 miners received 50 BTC as a reward. This was reduced to 25 BTC in 2012, and again to 12.5 BTC in 2016, when you could solve an algorithm of a block the result of 50 bitcoin those algorithms you can solve it as a person but it would take you a long time to solve a single bitcoin mathematical exercise if you will work day and night human power is not able to solve it as fast as machines To solve a hash an average human would take 17min while a Miner for example one of the most popular the ANTMINER S9 would take 1Sec to solve 13.5Ths

So when they began to implement the use of processors to decipher these codes the difficulty was not so difficult and you could decipher blocks fast at first the main miners did it on their own mined one block a day two blocks a day three blocks a day of bitcoin a day were 100 200 300 or even more depending on the speed. However its value was very low it does not generate a lot of money and it was not accepted almost anywhere they do it mostly for a Hobby of any person, As the currency became more popular computers started to become slow and no longer mined two or three blocks a day sometimes one every two days as time went by it became more and more popular and the difficulty every day more and more difficult because there were more and more people mining and reached a point where mining a block of bitcoin already spent three months 4 months or even a year with a single block of bitcoin. You could spend a year with a single computer that made people at that time a person created a pool or pool and pooled their mining power in that sense used two three three four five computers of those four or five computers together the power in one and there are born the pool After that begins to resume the power of mining And again to gather about 20 30 or 40 computers, You could mine a block a day a block every two days but it was irrelevant because as time went by the difficulty and little by little the technology was rising and they began to realize that they could mine in video cards with the graphic power of the cards saw that it was superior to the processor for mining focused on mining and from there came the workers they began to mine bitcoin with video cards and with greater strength greater mining capacity the difficulty was rising and after a few years they began to create the first specialized machines to mine bitcoin.

Final objective of the course

Python & Machine Learning in Financial Analysis 2021
MP4 | Video: h264, 1280x720 | Audio: AAC, 44.1 KHz
Language: English | Size: 5.85 GB | Duration: 20h 57m

What you'll learn
Financial Data and Preprocessing: explores how financial data is different from other types of data commonly used in machine learning tasks. You will be able to use the functions provided to download financial data from a number of sources (such as Yahoo Finance and Quandl) and preprocess it for further analysis. Finally, you will learn how to investigate whether the data follows the stylized facts of asset returns.
Technical Analysis in Python: demonstrates some fundamental basics of technical analysis as well as how to quickly create elegant dashboards in Python. You will be able to draw some insights into patterns emerging from a selection of the most commonly used metrics (such as MACD and RSI).
Time Series Modeling: Time Series Modeling, introduces the basics of time series modeling (including time series decomposition and statistical stationarity). Then, we look at two of the most widely used approaches of time series modeling-exponential smoothing methods and ARIMA class models. Lastly, we present a novel approach to modeling a time series using the additive model from Facebook's Prophet library.
Multi-Factor Models: shows you how to estimate various factor models in Python. We start with the simplest one-factor model and then explain how to estimate more advanced three-, four-, and five-factor models.
Modeling Volatility with GARCH Class Models: introduces you to the concept of volatility forecasting using (G)ARCH class models, how to choose the best-fitting model, and how to interpret your results.
Monte Carlo Simulations in Finance: introduces you to the concept of Monte Carlo simulations and how to use them for simulating stock prices, the valuation of European/American options, and for calculating the VaR.
Asset Allocation in Python: introduces the concept of Modern Portfolio Theory and shows you how to obtain the Efficient Frontier in Python. Then, we look at how to identify specific portfolios, such as minimum variance or the maximum Sharpe ratio. We also show you how to evaluate the performance of such portfolios.
Identifying Credit Default with Machine Learning: presents a case of using machine learning for predicting credit default. You will get to know the state-of-the-art classification algorithms, learn how to tune the hyperparameters of the models, and handle problems with imbalanced data.
Advanced Machine Learning Models in Finance: introduces you to a selection of advanced classifiers (including stacking multiple models). Additionally, we look at how to deal with class imbalance, use Bayesian optimization for hyperparameter tuning, and retrieve feature importance from a model.
Deep Learning in Finance: demonstrates how to use deep learning techniques for working with time series and tabular data. The
