TTC - Great Minds of the Eastern Intellectual Tradition
Last updated 12/2025
By Dr. Grant Hardy - University of North Carolina
MP4 | Video: h264, 1280x720 | Audio: AAC, 44.1 KHz, 2 Ch
Genre: eLearning | Language: English | Duration: 36 Lessons ( 18h 40m ) | Size: 15.6 GB

Introduce yourself to the great minds responsible for molding Asian philosophy and for giving birth to a wide variety of spiritual and ideological systems.

Western philosophy is a vast intellectual tradition, the product of thousands of years of revolutionary thought built up by a rich collection of brilliant minds. But to understand the Western intellectual tradition is to get only half the story. The Eastern intellectual tradition has made just as important a contribution - and is also the product of thousands of years of cumulative thought by a distinct group of brilliant thinkers. Their ideas demonstrate wholly different ways of approaching and solving the same fundamental issues that concerned the West's greatest thinkers, such as the existence of God, the meaning of life and the nature of truth and reality.

This epic and comprehensive 36-lecture examination of the East's most influential philosophers and thinkers - from a much-honored teacher and scholar - offers a thought-provoking look at the surprising connections and differences between East and West. By introducing you to the people-including The Buddha, Ashoka, Prince Shotoku, Confucius, and Gandhi - responsible for molding Asian philosophy and for giving birth to a wide variety of spiritual and ideological systems, it will strengthen your knowledge of cultures that play increasingly important roles in our globalized 21st-century world.

Master Lightning Web Components with Real-World Projects, Apex Integration & Interview-Ready Skills

What you'll learn
✓ Build real-world Lightning Web Components from scratch using HTML, JavaScript, and Salesforce metadata configuration.
✓ Understand LWC architecture, lifecycle hooks, data binding, events, and component communication.
✓ Integrate LWC with Apex, wire adapters, LDS, and external APIs for practical business use cases.
✓ Develop production-ready components aligned with Salesforce best practices and interview standards.

Requirements
● Basic understanding of Salesforce platform (Objects, Fields, Basic Admin knowledge).
● Familiarity with Apex fundamentals (recommended but not mandatory).
● A Salesforce Developer Org (free org is sufficient).

Description
Lightning Web Components (LWC) is the modern UI framework of the Salesforce platform. If you want to move beyond basic configuration and truly grow as a Salesforce Developer, mastering LWC is not optional - it is essential.

This course is designed to take you from understanding the fundamentals of Lightning Web Components to building structured, scalable, production-ready components using real-world business scenarios.

We begin with a clear breakdown of how an LWC bundle works - understanding the relationship between HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and configuration files. You will learn how Salesforce renders components, how reactive properties work, and how data flows between the UI and the server.

From there, we progressively build deeper skills, including

• Data binding and reactive variables

• Conditional rendering and template directives

• Lifecycle hooks and component initialization

• Parent-child communication patterns

• Custom events and event handling

• Working with Lightning Data Service

• Using wire adapters effectively

• Calling Apex methods from LWC

• Handling server responses and error management

• Parsing and displaying complex data structures

• Best practices for clean, maintainable component architecture

This course does not focus on isolated code snippets without context. Instead, you will build meaningful components aligned with how Lightning Web Components are used in real Salesforce projects.

You will also understand

• When to use LWC vs Aura

• How to design reusable components

• How to structure Apex controllers for LWC

• Performance considerations and common mistakes

• How to debug and troubleshoot LWC issues effectively

Every concept is explained in a practical and structured manner so that you not only write code, but understand why you are writing it.

By the end of this course, you will be able to

• Build custom Lightning Web Components confidently from scratch

• Integrate LWC with Apex and external APIs

• Design scalable UI patterns suitable for enterprise-level applications

• Handle real-world data scenarios with clarity

• Answer LWC interview questions with confidence

Whether you are a Salesforce Admin transitioning into development, a Developer preparing for interviews, or a professional looking to modernize your Salesforce skill set, this course provides the clarity, structure, and depth required to level up.

If you are serious about becoming a stronger Salesforce Developer in 2026 and beyond, this course will help you move from writing basic components to thinking like a structured, confident LWC developer.

Who this course is for
■ Salesforce Admins who want to transition into development.
■ Salesforce Developers preparing for interviews or real-world projects.
■ Anyone who wants to move from "basic customization" to structured, scalable Salesforce development.

From Gut to Data: How to Analyze Real Estate Deals
Last updated 2/2026
MP4 | Video: h264, 1920x1080 | Audio: AAC, 44.1 KHz, 2 Ch Language: English | Duration: 23h 21m | Size: 28.65 GB

Stop Guessing. Start Winning.

What you'll learn
Analyzing Fix and Flip Deals
Analyzing Rental Deals
Analyzing New Construction Deals
Calculator and Resources For Analysis

Requirements
Looking to learn how to analyze risk In deals? This is for you.

Description
Look, I'm going to be straight with you...

One miscalculation can destroy your profits.

I've been there. That sick feeling in your stomach when you're about to wire a six-figure deposit and something doesn't feel right-but you can't put your finger on what.

It's not just doubt...it's knowing deep down that your analysis might have blind spots that could turn your promising investment into a money pit.

I learned this lesson the hard way so you don't have to.

Over nearly two decades in real estate, I've watched investors...smart, hardworking people...lose thousands on deals they swore were rock-solid. Not because they weren't hustling, but because their analysis was fundamentally flawed.

That's exactly why I created this course.

I'm pulling back the curtain on my entire deal analysis process. Together, we'll break down 26 REAL-WORLD DEALS I've personally evaluated-from simple cosmetic flips to ground-up construction projects. You'll see exactly how I identify truly profitable opportunities and spot the red flags others miss.

And I will keep adding a new deal analysis periodically. We can never stop learning.

ENTHUSIASM IS THE ENEMY OF ACCURATE ANALYSIS

Here's what I know for certain: Your excitement about a property is actively working against your ability to analyze it correctly. And overstating your profits.

I'll show you how to

• Identify hidden costs that I used to miss when I started investing

• Calculate renovation expenses with the precision I've developed after years of projects

• Recognize market risks that could impact your exit strategy before you're committed

• Make the same data-driven decisions that have protected my investments time and again

I remember what it felt like to hope. Hear me, hope is not a strategy in the world of investing.

Rather, imagine sitting across from a seller or your potential partners with complete confidence knowing you've analyzed every angle of the deal and can defend your numbers with absolute certainty.

This is the systematic approach to deal analysis that has allowed me to eliminate guesswork from my business. This is how I know, not hope, that my numbers are right before I sign on the dotted line.

My philosophy is simple: Buy right or don't buy at all.

You can't afford to get this wrong...and now you won't have to.

Know your numbers. Control your outcome.

Are you ready to 'buy right' with the same confidence I do?

Then let's get started. There is not a moment to lose so you can accomplish the whole point of investing in real estate...to win for you, your family and whatever other ambitions you have.

Who this course is for
This course is for residential real estate investor students seeking to have profitable deals of varying types by learning how to assess risk. Fix and flip, rentals, small multi family, land and new construction are assessed so you can see how to analyze deals through the eyes of a highly experienced buyer of over 17 years.

What's required is not to see religion as inherently violent but to recognize that the violence associated with religious groups and communities is worth exploring and interrogating.

In these 24 lectures, embark on a global, multidisciplinary investigation of religious violence. Delivered with honesty and sensitivity to the diversity of spiritual beliefs, these lectures examine the roots of this phenomenon and guide you toward more informed ways of thinking about it.

You'll consider how faiths like Christianity, Islam, and Buddhism view concepts like human sacrifice, martyrdom, and penitence; the ways religious violence can be directed toward specific races and genders; concepts like heresy, witch hunting, and demonology; and more. You'll probe complex ideas and concepts that will help you fashion your own interpretations, such as "religion," "Other-ing," and "cult." And you'll burrow deep into both current issues relating to religious violence -- as well as their historical and conceptual sources.

Professor Bivins doesn't take a clinical or pessimistic approach to the material. Rather, he's an engaging on-screen presence with a fierce open-mindedness to the varieties of religious experience. He's also optimistic about what we can learn from a comprehensive study of religious violence. And at the individual level, it starts with approaching the topic in a way that's immersive, insightful, thorough, and important for our times.
