Description
Sooner or later, everyone must face the daunting task of interviewing for a job. Whether it's for just a job to keep your bills paid, or if it's the dream job you've always wanted, there are many things that you have to remember before you can get that job that you so desire.Hi, my name is Brent Dalley and I have written and produced this course using the same technique I have used in most of my courses: I do a lot of research to make sure my information is current and then rely on my past experiences to teach correct principles. See, the only way you know what I am telling you is true is if you can know that I have experienced what we are going to talk about first hand. I couldn't even begin to come up with the amount of employment interviews I have conduct over my career but it is a lot. Fortunately for me I have only been interviewed a few times and most of those were years ago when I was just starting out in the business world.I have seen it all, and heard it all many times so believe me, when I tell you something to avoid during an interview, I have personally experienced it.Most people assume that the most important part of a job interview is showing up well groomed, but there is more to it than that. Everything that you could ever want may be riding on your behavior at a job interview. The smallest thing can mean the difference between your having a new job, or you're still pounding the pavement trying to score a new interview. It is common knowledge that it is generally the smallest detail that causes people to fail a job interview. The fact that you can score an interview at all shows that you already have the right stuff for the job. However, scoring the interview is merely the first step in the journey that is to get you the job of your dreams. This course is to be your comprehensive guide to winning that job that you so crave. In following these steps, you will have all of the knowledge required to get your body through the door that you are most trying to step into. In this course, you will learn:How to get the interview of your choice.,How to prepare for the interview., How to make a great first impression., How to conduct yourself during the interview. What the most common questions are. What questions to ask your interviewer. What common mistakes you should avoid making About the post interview follow-up. Questions that interviewers cannot ask. Then we are going to learn how to completely dominate the second interview, you know the one where you meet with the department head or someone else not connected with human resources. In this part of the course you will learn:How to communicate with understanding, proper voice tone to use, how to effectively speak on the phone and how to determine the personality type you are meeting with. And how to adjust your approach with each for greater understanding

Requirements
There are no prerequisites for this course other than a desire to transform your life.

Description
Are you ready to become something better? Something more than you are now?All great leaders have a few things in common and one of those is they are all well-rounded. They, of course are laser focused on their job, department or company but that isn't their entire life. They have outside interests, outside relationships, and personal goals and personal self-improvement projects they are working on.This course is not a chapter by chapter book on how to lead but rather in-depth conversations about you and how to improve you. Then the new, more solidly founded you can lead with power giving a sense of security to those that report to you and even your peersWhat I'm talking about here is embarking on a journey of self-discovery and self-transformation that will leave you smarter, more confident, calmer, more capable and better able to conquer and succeed in every aspect of your life.*And of course that means at work also. Am I making too many grand statements? I don't think so! If you finish this course, earnestly striving to include in your life the principles taught you can achieve all that I presented and possibly more. But we're not going to take the path that most self-improvement guides take. I am*not interested in 'five easy hacks' or anything remotely related to that way of thinking. Instead, we're going to be diving into neuroscience, into philosophy and into ancient tradition in order to look at powerful and useful tools that can turn you into something more than you are now.We will take a hard look at what motivates you, how to stop procrastinating once and for all. Learning how to deal with your fears and giving yourself a confidence boost. You will learn how to develop good, productive habits and how to get rid of those that are holding you back.*Setting and keeping goals is a simple thing to do when you follow my simple step by step guide.*And did you know, all successful leaders set and keep goals consistently?*We will spend about an hour learning all about relationships, how to strengthen them and how to find new ones. This is personal stuff but as you go through the lectures you will discover how so much of what you are learning can be applied to leadership principles. Finally, we will take all this new found wisdom and knowledge and use it to create a meaningful life, both a personal life and a career life.*Then, as sort of the cherry on top of the sundae you will take a journey with me through mindfulness.Jump on board! It's a great journey!

Requirements
The only prerequisites for this course are a desire to transform your life and a willingness to put forth the effort it will take.

Description
Finding a healthy work-life balance is harder than ever. With technology and telecommuting increasing employee expectations, it can seem impossible to find a balance between work and the 'you time' that you need. One way to help yourself find a work-life balance that works for you is to engage in mindfulness practices. What is Mindfulness?Mindfulness refers to the practice of being aware of your presence in each moment, as well as being aware of your needs and desires. Many people think mindfulness refers to meditation; while meditation can certainly aid in mindfulness, many people's 'mindful' practices are simply hobbies they enjoy in their free time or quiet moments spent sitting outdoors. How Can Mindfulness Help Create a Work-Life Balance?Practicing mindfulness can help you keep a healthy work-life balance in many ways. Mindfulness helps you be better aware of stress, and managing stress is crucial to balancing your work and personal life. If you realize that you're feeling stressed and unproductive, you'll know that it's time to take a short walk or give yourself a mental break of another kind.Mindful people also tend to be more organized and focused, and thus more productive. This is largely because mindfulness allows you to establish a schedule that works best for you. Many people use mindfulness to remain 'in the moment' and completely focused during work hours, then turn that part of their brain off during breaks or after work to give their minds a rest. Mental exhaustion, after all, is a common reason for decreases in productivity. Being mindful also helps you prioritize between what tasks are urgent and what you can take your time on.This course is more than just a few lectures on mindfulness. We look at habits, how to change them and how to improve the ones you want to keep. You will learn the importance your brain plays in mindfulness and learn exercises you can use to train your brain to be more mindful. And much, much more.Jump on board! It's a great journey!

Requirements
Basics of Fluid Mechanics, Engineering Drawing, Any CAD Modeling Software

Description
In engineering analysis, CAD model plays an important role. It may have errors like merged faces, duplicate curves, extra edges, split edges, gaps or even interference errors. Therefore, we need to avoid dirty CAD Geometry and that to be repaired and converted to error free geometry. To avoid modelling errors, it is important to select correct and all the relevant physical models. The most important model for fluid dynamics is a set of partial differential equations called the Navier Stokes equations. After getting the error free correct geometry, we need to go for discretization or meshing. To have an accurate result we need to focus on better meshing quality because, better the mesh, better is the solution. To minimize the discretization error, we need to go on meshing and remeshing again and again till we reach the minimum error. When we get the exact solution then we say that convergence criteria achieved. From these theoretical understanding we can realize that in FEA or in CFD or in any kind of Engineering analysis meshing or discretization plays a very important role. Sometimes the geometry or the CAD model may be having some intersecting solids or surfaces. It may have errors like merged faces, duplicate curves, extra edges, split edges, gaps or even interference errors. In these cases, we cannot go for perfect meshing. Therefore, we need to rectify those errors using ANSYS space-claim repair tool and even we can share topology. So, if we require perfect meshing and after that if we want to go for different types of analysis like structural or CFD analysis, the we must say that ANSYS is best software. Here, to have a perfect meshing we can adopt different meshing methods like watertight geometry and fault tolerant meshing, which is new to ANSYS interface and it is been introduced in ANSYS 2021 version. Therefore, to be familiar with these new techniques we have developed this course considering different types of engineering applications with advanced techniques like watertight geometry, fault-tolerant meshing as well as with conventional approach.Accordingly, we have categorized this CFD course into three different units consisting of twenty videos relevant to industrial applications. The first unit comprise of ANSYS Fluent Fault tolerant meshing, consisting ten videos. The second unit comprise of ANSYS Fluent watertight geometry, consisting four videos and the third unit contains four videos with conventional approach of CFD Fluent flow analysis.Unit 1- CFD Flow Analysis with ANSYS Fluent Fault Tolerant Meshing:(i)*Introduction to the Course(ii) CFD*Heat Transfer Analysis through a Shell-Tube Heat Exchanger using ANSYS*Fluent Fault Tolerant Meshing(iii) CFD*Heat Transfer Analysis through a Counter-Flow Heat Exchanger using ANSYS*Fluent Fault Tolerant Meshing(iv) CFD*Heat Transfer Analysis through a Cross-Flow Heat Exchanger using ANSYS*Fluent Fault Tolerant Meshing(v) CFD*Heat Transfer Analysis through a Condenser Heat Exchanger using ANSYS*Fluent Fault Tolerant Meshing(vi) CFD*Heat Transfer Analysis through a Plate Heat Exchanger using ANSYS*Fluent Fault Tolerant Meshing(vii) CFD*Heat Transfer Analysis through a Surface Condenser using ANSYS*Fluent Fault Tolerant Meshing(viii) CFD*Fluid Mixing through a Special type Heat Exchanger using ANSYS*Fluent Fault Tolerant Meshing(ix) CFD*Heat Transfer Analysis through an Exhaust Manifold using ANSYS*Fluent Fault Tolerant Meshing(x) CFD*Heat Transfer Analysis through Catalytic Converter using ANSYS*Fluent Fault Tolerant Meshing(xi) CFD*Heat Transfer Analysis through a Wind Tunnel using ANSYS*Fluent Fault Tolerant Meshing(xii) CFD*Heat Transfer Analysis through a Venturi-meter using ANSYS*Fluent Fault Tolerant Meshing(xiii) CFD*Heat Transfer Analysis through an Expander using ANSYS*Fluent Fault Tolerant Meshing(xiv) CFD*Heat Transfer Analysis through Heat Pipe using ANSYS*Fluent Fault Tolerant Meshing(xv) CFD Conjugate Heat Transfer Analysis using ANSYS*Fluent Fault Tolerant MeshingUnit 2 - CFD Flow Analysis with ANSYS Fluent Watertight geometry:(i) CFD*Watertight Geometry Workflow through a Wind Tunnel(ii) CFD*Heterogeneous Fluid Mixing using ANSYS*Fluent Watertight GeometryUnit 3 - CFD Flow Analysis with conventional ANSYS Fluent Flow(i) CFD*Flow Analysis Ove a Cylinder Surface using ANSYS*Fluent(ii) CFD*Intermixing of Fluids in a Bent-Pipe using ANSYS*Fluent(iii) CFD*Flow through a Converging &*Diverging Section (2D) using ANSY*Fluent(iv) CFD*Flow through a Venturi-meter using ANSYS*Fluent

Language: English | Size: 5.89 GB | Duration: 11h 18m

Start your bitcoin dev journey with bitcoin transactions, scripts, and SegWit

What you'll learn
Basic intro to encodings, endianness, and bitcoin's specific base58 encoding
Learn the components of a bitcoin transaction
How to parse a bitcoin transaction from bytes
Intro to bitcoin Script, including writing your own bitcoin locking scripts
How to write standard bitcoin locking scripts (P2SH)
How SegWit changed the basic bitcoin transaction
The standard SegWit locking script: P2WSH
How to make legacy compatible SegWit scripts: P2SH-P2WSH

Requirements
This course is open to everyone, but it is in-depth bitcoin transaction protocol content.
Developers that have experience with byte-formats, encodings, and bitcoin will likely find it more approachable

Description
So you've heard about bitcoin? Ever wondered what's going on with the data in a transaction, or how bitcoin gets locked up and transferred from one holder to another? This course by Base58 instructor niftynei, will take you on a deep dive of the fields, bytes, and scripts that make up the bitcoin blockchain data. In an software engineer focused manner, we'll go over everything you need to know to build your own bitcoin transaction parser, write your very own custom bitcoin locking scripts, and adapt your transactions to the modern SegWit format.Step 1: Intro to bitcoin transactionsWe'll start off learning about what a bitcoin transaction is. Specifically, what fields do they contain? We learn how to calculate a transaction id and what transaction fees are, and how are they calculated. Finally, we'll talk about coinbases and block rewards.Topics: transaction fields, endianness, transaction ids, fees + transaction weights, coinbasesStep 2: Enter ScriptIn week two we start talking about Bitcoin's native "programming language": Script! We'll write our own script this week (and learn about hashes and preimages). Once we've written a script we'll try locking some bitcoins up to it, as well as unlocking them.Topics: Script, standard scripts, P2SH, opcodesStep 3: Transacting with SegWitNow that we've seen how transactions are constructed and built, we'll introduce the bitcoin omnibus update bill, the SegWit soft-fork. SegWit impacted the structure of a transaction and its fee calculations, so we'll dive into how these updates work and two of the 'new' SegWit script types: P2WSH and P2SH-P2WSH.Topics: SegWit! P2WSH, P2SH-P2WSH
