Smart Marketer - Blue Ribbon Mastermind Miami May 2022 Event Replays

46d9789c6f1d4ce8274bac2a27cbc527.jpg

Blue Ribbon Mastermind Miami May 2022 Event Replays | 8.51 GB
What You Get:
Blue Ribbon is my elite mastermind for 7-, 8- and 9-figure ecommerce merchants.

Every week, I help 100+ brand owners scale to new heights by sharing what's working in my businesses (and through other perks like an exclusive Facebook group and access to the complete Smart Marketer course catalog).
Twice a year, we also gather for a private event called Blue Ribbon Live.
Here we strengthen our relationships, party our butts off, and watch presentations from members and guest speakers.
Because these events are private, speaker sessions are usually available to mastermind members only.
But in this post, I'm opening the vault to share 3 high-level tips from our latest get together, including:
- How to increase your repeat customer rate (Jason Portnoy)
- How to get more leads on Instagram (Natasha Takahashi)
- How to boost conversions on your category pages (Kurt Elster)

1) Use Ringless Voicemails To Increase Repeat Customer Rate, Ft. Jason Portnoy
As the adage goes: the person who can spend the most to acquire a customer will win.
And this is especially true now.
iOS updates, tracking issues and increased ad costs are all making it harder to acquire customers at a profit, so it's essential that you recoup these costs on the backend.
That's why one of the most important metrics in business is your Repeat Customer Rate.
Want a simple way to get people to fall in love with your brand so they buy from you again and again?
According to Jason, "One of the coolest things we've done for our clients is told them to do ringless voicemails."
About Jason
Jason Portnoy is an entrepreneur, business growth consultant, speaker, and host of the Perfectly Mentored podcast.
He is the founder of JPORT Media, a leading marketing and advertising firm based in Montreal, and the host of the Perfectly Mentored podcast.

2) How To Get More Leads Using Instagram Stories (From A $30 Million IG Funnel), Ft. Natasha Takahashi
In Natasha's session, she broke down the 6-step Instagram funnel she used to generated $30 million in revenue.
While I can't show you the whole funnel (since this content is supposed to be for Blue Ribbon members only), I can show you one strategy Natasha is using to get more leads.
When using Instagram to drive traffic to your offers, try leveraging Stories.
"Stories are primed to get people to reply to you. There's literally a send message box on there, and brands just don't use this enough."
IG reported that 50% of conversations on the platform start from a Story, and according to them, sequences with 3+ stories drive the most engagement.

About Natasha
Natasha Takahashi is the Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of School of Bots, one of the leading chatbot education brands in the world for marketers, agencies, and teams.
Everything they teach comes from real experience serving 100+ clients in over 30 niches with chatbot services, and they aim to help businesses generate real, repeatable, and predictable results with chat marketing.

3) 23% Revenue Increase From A Category Page Split Test, Ft. Kurt Elster
"Should price appear on collection pages?"
That's the question Kurt wanted to answer in his split test.
And Kurt says that if you test just one thing on your store - though he hopes you're testing more than that - start with this.
"The first time I ran this test in a store [.] it increased revenue by 23.6% with 97% confidence."
About Kurt
One of the most highly regarded independent consultants in his industry, Kurt Elster is a Senior Ecommerce Consultant who helps Shopify merchants like Jay Leno's Garage uncover hidden profits in their websites through his ecommerce agency Ethercycle.
With one million downloads, Kurt is best known for hosting The Unofficial Shopify Podcast.

Tour De Force Course 2022 - Teachable

77ad44717fba410522b567facfae4e72.jpg

Tour De Force Course - Brute De Force | 3.95 GB
I've been here before. For the 10,000th time I'm down to my last 2 grand. Most would say it's dysfunctional. I say living life on someone else's terms is dysfunctional.

Waltz into the coffee shop at 6am. Packed house. A liquid cigarette (espresso) slides into my hands. Tastes like motor oil. It makes me irritable. My first victory every morning is one over myself.
I'm at 2x the speed of every passerby. I'm a SPEARHEAD of purpose in a crowd of aimless wanderers. Daily occurrence. Strangers are constantly startled or jolted by my presence. I turn corners fast, I exit doors faster. Nitroglycerin in my veins.

I have a flight to catch. For the 4th time this week I'm flying into Las Vegas from Los Angeles with my net worth in my pocket.
As long as I have ammunition, I'm sending rockets into the abyss.

By 4pm, all my last cash will be in a straitjacket hitched to the outcome of multiple baseball games. I'm going all in. Hoping to get lucky. If I don't, so be it. Luck only lends, never gives.

See, money doesn't bring me peace of mind. My stronghold does. If I go broke, I'll wake up a hellhound the next day and get right back into Olympic weightlifting, I'll be at my steakhouse for dinner, I'll make an appearance at the lounge.

My network is a zoo with exotic creatures. "Normal" people don't make the rounds at these places.
I don't take money seriously. I always have it because I always need it. I eat what I KILL.
I take my routine seriously. Take away my routine and nothing else is possible. It's the Great Equalizer. It's made me the creature that I am.
I don't let rage combust inside me like dynamite in an apple core. I enslave my demons and make them push ridiculous amounts of weight. Don't kill your demons. Put them to work.
Whatever damage your demons have dealt you, they deal double when unleashed on obstacles.
Understand that if you are not as physically strong as possible, you are leaving free health reserves on the table. You need all the health you can get for hardcore voyaging.
Strength is a narcotic. A perfectly strong man is a brutally simple creature. Everything else is play.
--plane screeches down on the tarmac and I deplane like a thunderbolt from Zeus
I'm in the Holy City. There's no sin here like the great myths say. Risk taking, sex, spirits, and smoke. Uncaged. Primal desires are virtuous, not sinful. Denial of the beast within is pretend. Pretend is sin.
I Gallup into the casino like a bull with nostrils flaring. Claws pawing at the ground. Look of a madman painted on my face. I have a no research policy when picking games. I don't care about trends, pundits, "information."

- Feel confident at parties WITHOUT having to beeline for the bar and hold a drink at your chest all night
- Never be the person standing alone, pulling out your phone and checking email every 5 minutes. You'll be the person leading conversation and bringing energy to the whole room

Charisma University is broken into 6 video modules that are designed to get you inspiring and impressing everyone you meet. You can go through the modules at the recommended pace of one per week, completing the daily action guide each day of the workweek, or go through the program at your own pace.
The daily action videos take just a few minutes to watch and anywhere from 2 - 20 minutes to implement. It is all about taking small, concrete steps every day so that after 6 weeks, you have made exuding charisma a habit.

What you'll learn
C.G. & M.I.
Strain Energy
Deflection of Beams
Theory of Torsion

Requirements
Solid Mechanics
Basic Mathematics

Description
This course is the second part of the lecture series of Strength of Materials subject. It takes you through various topics like Centre of Gravity(C.G.) & Moment of Inertia(M.I.), Strain Energy, Deflection of Beams and Theory of Torsion. Various numerical are solved to explain various concepts and their applications. Basic Mathematics and Solid Mechanics are the requirement for understanding of this subject. We start with introduction to (C.G.) and Moment of Inertia(M.I.) and then solve numericals based on C.G. and M.I.. Concepts like centroid, centre of gravity, radius of gyration, moment of inertia, polar modulus, section modulus, mass moment of inertia, area moment of inertia, parallel axis theorem and perpendicular axis theorem are explained here.Further, we move to the concept of Strain Energy. Three cases are discussed here- gradually applied load, suddenly applied load and suddenly applied load with impact. Strain energy for all these cases are discussed and also strain energy in composite and compound bars.Third section Deflection of Beams is explained. Flexural formula is derived and Macaulay's method is discussed which is then used for solving numericals for calculation of slope and deflection of beams under various loading conditions. Lastly we study about theory of torsion and derive torsional formula. Numericals are solved which is about designing shafts and analyzing if the design is safe for practical use.
