Building Highly Available Kubernetes Clusters
Duration: 1h 19m | Video: 1280x720 30fps | Audio: AAC, 48 kHz, 2ch | Size: 173 MB
Genre: eLearning | Language: English

This course will teach you about the internal components of Kubernetes by manually setting up a highly available cluster using kubeadm.
Many Kubernetes professionals have only ever worked with managed Kubernetes services, such as AKS and EKS. Believe it or not, these have missed the true fun! Truly understanding how Kubernetes' components come together, demands that you - at least once - experiment setting up a cluster by hand. It's easier than you think, and this course will teach just that. In this course, Building Highly Available Kubernetes Clusters, you'll learn how to set up a full HA cluster: etcd, master, and workers. First, you'll see and understand how the various components work together. Next, you'll discover how some of the most important concepts, such as networking and services operate in the background. Finally, you'll learn how to troubleshoot some basic failure scenarios. By the time you finish this course you'll have a better understanding about what constitutes a Kubernetes cluster, and how Kubernetes internal components work together.

Blockchain: Practical dApps Development using Solidity
Genre: eLearning | MP4 | Video: h264, 1280x720 | Audio: AAC, 44.1 KHz
Language: English | Size: 7.74 GB | Duration: 16h 9m

What you'll learn
Ethereum Blockchain Techology
Solidity Programming Language
Development Tools for dApps
Write Smart Contracts for ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155, and Escrow Services
Smart Contract Security Issues and Solutions
Write front-end Web3 application to interact with Smart Contracts and IPFS

Description
This course is designed for anyone new to Blockchain technology and Solidity programming. You will learn and use Solidity to write Smart Contract and deploy it on Ethereum as a Decentralized application - dApps.
DApp is a new trend of writing programs which have the benefit of enforcing the contract rules based on the program logic and execute automatically by transferring Ether based on the conditions and rules.
DApp do not require intermediaries like banks or institutions as it is able to validate, authorize and settle transactions and record them on the immutable Blockchain. It's essentially a 'Trust Machine' where transaction is open, verifiable and permanent on the blockchain.
Blockchain is the most promising technology of the future since the invention of the Internet.
What you will learn in this course
Ethereum Blockchain Techology
Solidity Programming Language
Development Tools for dApps
Write Smart Contracts for ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155, and Escrow Services
Smart Contract Security Issues and Solutions
Write front-end Web3 application to interact with Smart Contracts and IPFS
The Blockchain technology that we are learning in this course was actually inspired by the innovative and successful implementation of Bitcoin system.
Bitcoin was invented by Satoshi Nakamoto in his / her paper titled "Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System". ( 2009 ) Bitcoin is both a digital currency and direct peer-to-peer payment system. (i.e. no banks or governments involved in the transfer)
Interestingly, the word 'Blockchain' was not mentioned in the white paper. It was later discovered by developers and communities that this Bitcoin is running on a new technology (we call it Blockchain) which solved the 'Double Spending' problem where many earlier electronic cash proposal failed.
The Bitcoin Blockchain proposed and implemented by Nakamoto essentially fuse together the following technologies which were known at that time
Cryptographic hash function,
Proof-of-work consensus protocol,
Decentralized Network Architecture
The ideas and innovation was quite ingenious. Together with the participation of the Miners in the system, every block is inspected and validated and Miners compete to have the right to add the new Block by solving a cryptographic puzzle first.
The Miners who first solved the puzzle with broadcast to the Peers and a 'Proof-of-Work" is demonstrated and verified by other Miners. The Miner who solved the puzzle then got the right to add the new Block and the process continue on.
So, every attempt by malicious to attack to the Bitcoin network (ie. essentially wants to re-write the transaction log) will need to compete with the entire network of Validators.
It has been shown that it is very difficult to cheat or bring down the Bitcoin network.
With the success of this innovative Blockchain technology, the developers and corporations started to evaluate whether we can use Blockchain to decentralized other assets beside money (i.e Bitcoin).
Assets such as property title, certification record, voting system, supply-chain system, artworks etc., becomes feasible as each of the asset requires a trusted recording (i.e. a trusted public Distributed Ledger System)
The idea of a trusted DLS where transactions are verified by the peer nodes continuously through cryptographic hash keys protection, and decentralized network architecture with no single point of failure - is an attractive proposition for new decentralized applications (dApps).
However, it was discovered by Vitalik Buterin that Bicoin blockchain has inherent limitation as it is not a 'Turing Complete' machine. (ie. you can write scripts on Bitcoin blockchain but it is limited to transfer of Bitcoin and not able to implement more complex applications.
In 2013, Vitalik proposed to implement Ethereum - a decentralized, open-source blockchain system with Smart Contract functionality. Essentially the proposal is to build a EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) - a Turing Complete machine - that will run on each Node / Client computer on the network. And Smart Contracts are just program written in, Solidity, a programming language that target the EVM for deployment and execution.
With Ethereum blockchain system, developer can design Smart Contract, compile it, and deploy on the Ethereum network. This is quite an amazing innovation. The Ethereum blockchain thus become a Global, Open, Super Computer -where Smart Contract programs are deployed and executed for various kind of decentralized applications.
We will be learning Solidity programming language for Smart Contracts development and examine the language, examples and application in detail during the course.
In short, Ethereum is a programmable Blockchain. A platform for running Smart Contracts (beside the ability to send / receive the native crypto currency Ether)
We will learn a range of Development Tools for writing Smart Contracts, compilation, deployment and testing in the course.
In the sequent practical sessions, we will look at ERC20, ERC721 and ERC1155 as examples of industrial standard contracts and write our own tokens using these standards.
As Ethereum blockchain has a native crytocurrency (ETH Ether), the transfer and exchange of money is integrated with the Solidity programming code. Hence, it is therefore possible to automate agreements and execute them based on verified events and rules of the contract to send monry (i.e. Ether) directly to each other - thereby eliminating the intermediaries (ie. Banks, Insurance company, (i.e. noteL a Smart Contract can hold Ether values as well beside EOA (Externally Owned Account) by users.
The possibilities and use cases of Smart Contracts are endless and we are limited only my our imagination.
However, with the possibility of financial transactions can be executed automatically by Smart Contracts - it opens up the risks of malicious Hackers to exploit the errors or bugs in a Smart Contract. History had shown incidents of cybercrime where millions are stolen from Smart Contracts / Account Holders.
Therefore, every Smart Contract developer must have a good grounding on Smart Contract Security and know how to write code to protect the Owner and Contract itself. We will look at the classic attack of Smart Contract in the last session and how to overcome it.

Description
Welcome!
Many people want to go into the backcountry on a camping trip, but don't know how. There are so many things to learn, and many are vital to you having a good time and returning home, safe and unharmed. A lot of these topics are also really important for the wildlife and environment that you're going to be visiting, and you should know how best to protect them, if you are heading out to enjoy their areas. Everything in this course is explained simply, but in great detail. You are able to learn at your own pace, from anywhere that is convenient for you, and can go through the entire course in a day, or a year, it's totally up to you.
I created this online course so people who are new to backcountry camping, or want to learn more about it, can have just one place to go to, to learn all of the things needed to head out on a backcountry camping trip, from start to finish. I have also priced it economically, as my real passion is to have people head out into the backcountry with the knowledge required for a safe and successful adventure. I sincerely want people to embark on their adventure feeling confident and able to deal with most issues that will arise, and be able to handle them with ease.
In this course, you will find 22 sections each covering a specific topic. Each section will have lectures inside of it, which will go over the items related to that topic. Each lecture will consist of a short video, combined with pictures and examples to go along with what that lecture is covering. Each lecture will cover as much detail as needed for that particular subject. There are over 100 lectures in this course!
At the end of some sections, I have also included Alternative Lessons, showing the same topic being discussed in an outdoor setting and in another way, to help those of you who may learn a bit differently. Some sections have resources at the end of them, and others have quizzes, so you can test your knowledge along the way. The entire course is also full of tips and tricks that I've learned over the years. You can pick and chose parts of this course, if you are already familiar with certain topics, but as each lecture is short, it is recommended that you view all of the lectures, as there are many ways to do things. You never know what new information you might discover.
My name is Christina, and I will be leading you through the course. I have 19 years of experience backcountry camping. The majority of the trips I've gone on in the past five years have been solo trips in remote areas. I have also successfully completed many courses in kayaking, canoeing, navigation and wilderness first aid and have gained valuable information along the way. I began sharing my experiences through my blog and YouTube channel in 2015. In 2017, I began creating backcountry camping presentations to share in front of large audiences at events and trade shows, and that has all led me here.
So many people have fears associated with backcountry camping, but sometimes, fear can be disguised as a simple lack of knowledge. Learn about all the things you need to know while backcountry camping, and your fears should subside. With knowledge, you have power and my goal here is to give you as much knowledge as possible, so you are sufficiently prepared for your backcountry camping trip and it is filled with incredible moments that will last a lifetime. What are you waiting for? Let's get started!
PLEASE NOTE: A paddling course or paddling experience is a pre-requisite for this course, and something that is highly recommended if your backcountry trip involves paddling in any way, and you are not heading out with experienced paddlers.
Who this course is for
My target students are people who are new to backcountry camping, or who would like to learn more about it.
My target students have a love and respect for the outdoors and nature.
My target students are interested in learning about backcountry camping tips.

GRE - GMAT | Advanced Learners | Math Marathon
MP4 | Video: h264, 1280x720 | Audio: AAC, 44.1 KHz, 2 Ch
Genre: eLearning | Language: English | Duration: 150 lectures (6h 1m) | Size: 5.15 GB

Hundreds of medium to advanced level word problems of GRE & GMAT quantitative section

What you'll learn
After completing this course, students will be able to solve high frequency advanced level word problems of GRE and GMAT
Will be able to manage time spent on long questions
Will learn those types of questions that don't fall under any specific category
Will be able to practice a lot of different questions
Requirements
This is advanced level course; students should have done a basic word problem course such as my GRE Quantitative Master Course
Description
This course is the final preparation for your GRE & GMAT test day. Not all questions in this course are difficult and not all questions are easy, but this course includes all those tricky concepts which are often tested on the quantitative part of these tests. This course is not designed for beginners. You only purchase it if you have basic knowledge of all word problem concepts. If you are just starting to prepare, I'd recommend you buy my other basic course GRE| Quantitative| Master Course or GMAT | Quantitative| Math Master Course along with this course.
There is always a concept or two that does not fall under any specific and defined category of either GRE or GMAT topics. Those topics can only be learned by solving related questions. I have tried to address all those grey areas of GRE & GMAT that can not be taught topic by topic. First of all, 165 questions have been solved that have been divided into 4 sections. These 4 sections consist of questions from a variety of areas like percentages, ratios & proportions, averages, probability, geometry, rate, and IQ & logical type of questions. Most questions are solved using shortcut techniques and some questions are solved using both shortcuts and conventional long methods to give you complete idea of the underlying concept. Most of the time, what happens is that student does not understand the logic behind the shortcut. Though it's not necessary that you know this logic, but it increases the confidence level on your D-day.
This is the start of a long journey. I don't know how far it will go and I also don't know how long will it take to complete this journey but the near target is a 50+ hour-long course that will surely consist of more than 1000 GRE GMAT level questions.
For now, I have only included the problem-solving questions but later on I will also include questions from Quantitative comparison section and Data Sufficiency section.
Who this course is for
Students who are aiming for 700+ in GMAT and 325+ in GRE
