As more and more people call themselves "professional photographers," the need to diversify and offer other services to your clients is rapidly growing. With social media and advertising visuals fighting for more and more of our attention, the importance of video is at an all time high. Luckily, if you are a photographer, you already have 90% of the tools you need to start making professional videos and multimedia productions. This new Fstoppers tutorial on videography is aimed at helping both professional and amateur photographers take the gear they already own and start producing high quality videos. There is no better time to learn how to film video than right now!
Intro to Videography
The idea behind the Fstoppers website was first born back in 2010 when Patrick Hall and Lee Morris both had an interest in learning how to shoot video. Having both been successful wedding photographers, Patrick and Lee saw the value videography could supply to their own photography businesses. Over the years, Fstoppers has grown from a little side project used to explore behind the scenes videos into a full blown world wide community of photographers and videographers. Since 2010 when DSLRs first started shooting high definition video, Lee and Patrick have seen photographers and social media influencers transitioning to video at an alarming rate. In today's cut throat market, the trend is very clear: if you are not incorporating video along side you photography, you are going to get left behind.

You can use any camera that shoots video
The good news is that it has never been easier for a stills photographer to transition into videography. Almost every digital camera sold today has the ability to shoot high quality 1080p or 4K video. Most of the lenses and tripods you already own can also be used to shoot video. In many cases, your camera's sensor can actually out perform many much more expensive video cameras in both low light, frame rates, and shallow depth of field. If you are already experienced with obtaining proper composition, exposure, and focus, switching over to video can be a fast and easy transition.

Topics Covered
- Understanding Different Resolutions and Frame Rates
- Working with Log, Color Grading, and Color Profiles
- Exposure: Aperture, Shutter Speed, and ISO
- Using Different Cameras and Lenses
- Mastering Focus with Video
- Using Cheap and Expensive Constant Lighting
- Adjusting White Balance and Tint

Description

If you want to learn how to crack software legally, the fun and easy way like playing a computer game, then this course is for you. There exists on the Internet several websites which provide specially designed software for you to crack in order to learn reverse engineering . These software are called CrackMe's or ReverseMe's. A CrackMe is a small program designed to test a programmer's reverse engineering skills. They are programmed by other reversers as a legal way to crack software, since no intellectual property is being infringed upon.

These CrackMe's typically have different levels from easy to advanced. By cracking each level and gradually levelling up, you will learn reverse engineering (reversing). Traditionally, reverse engineering is taught by first learning C/C++, assembly language and then debugging. There are no formal courses which teach software cracking as it is deemed illegal to crack licensed software. But in this course we will crack CrackMe's and not licensed proprietary software. That way we won't be breaking any laws. This way of learning can be pretty exciting but can be quite difficult unless you have an instructor to guide you step-by-step.

In this course, I will show you the world of reversing (cracking software), where you will enjoy the thrills of hacking software (CrackMe's) legally and solving each level and going from easy and gradually to more advanced levels - just like playing online games. The software we will be cracking is provided by CrackingLessons and Crackmes One which are a popular reverser's playground where hackers play cracking games much like CTF (Capture the Flag) and learn at the same time. Information on cracking software on the Internet is terse and unstructured. Hence this course. I will walk through each level just like in a classroom where you can follow along and ask questions in the Q & A section. All you need is a PC running Windows. I will show you where to download x64dbg disassembler and debugger, install and configure it as well as other tools we will be using.

Great way to get started in assembly programming and reverse engineering:

If you had always wanted to learn assembly and reverse engineering, what better way than to learn how to crack software (legally). So, I invite you to learn to crack software (legally) and in the process, you will also learn assembly language and reverse engineering. This is much more fun & exciting than learning it the traditional way - the boring way through formal IT courses and books. You will be killing 2 birds with one stone, i.e. learning how to crack software and also learn assembly/reverse engineering. This course is also a great stepping stone to other Reverse Engineering fields like malware analysis, exploits development and software testing. So let's get started in your journey of cracking to learn.

Who this course is for:

Programmers who want to level up their skill to reverse engineering software
IT or computing students who want to know how software works internally
Anyone interested in solving CrackMe's for fun as a hobby.

What are you waiting for? This soft skills course is designed to be completed in just one or two lunch breaks. Building on the Foundation: Probability, Descriptive Statistics- Part2, Data Visualization, Covariance and Correlation

In this course we build your foundation on Data Science. Now that you have the insights and clarity on what data science is about after going through our Part 1 Course, we will take you through sessions on Probability, Descriptive Statistics, Data Visualization, Histogram, Boxplot & Scatter plot, You will learn that Covariance gives an idea about the direction of the data with examples, you will also learn Correlation with examples.

Probability is the mathematical term for the likelihood that something will occur, such as drawing an ace from a deck of cards or picking a green piece of candy from a bag of assorted colors. You use probability in daily life to make decisions when you don't know for sure what the outcome will be. Most of the time, you won't perform actual probability problems, but you'll use subjective probability to make judgment calls and determine the best course of action.

Descriptive statistics consist of methods for organizing and summarizing information (Weiss, 1999). Descriptive statistics include the construction of graphs, charts, and tables, and the calculation of various descriptive measures such as averages, measures of variation, and percentiles.

Data visualization is a graphical representation of information and data. By using visual elements like charts, graphs, and maps, data visualization tools provide an accessible way to see and understand trends, outliers, and patterns in data. In the world of Big Data, data visualization tools and technologies are essential to analyze massive amounts of information and make data-driven decisions.

Covariance and Correlation are two concepts in the field of probability and statistics. Both are concepts that describe the relationship between two variables to each other. Also, both are tools of measurement of a certain kind of dependence between variables.

Through our Four-part series we will take you step by step, this is our second part which will build your foundation.

Who this course is for:

The course is also ideal for beginners, as it starts from the fundamentals and gradually builds up your skills

In this course I'll show you how to use Quasar Framework (along with Vue JS 2, Vuex & Firebase) to create real-world, cross-platforms apps using a single Vue JS codebase; and get these apps production-ready and deployed to all the major platforms - Web, iOS, Android, Mac & Windows.

Throughout this course we'll create a real-world app called Awesome Todo. In this app we can add, edit or delete tasks and mark them as completed.

We can also sort tasks by name or date and search through tasks using a search bar.

It's also going to have a Settings page, with 2 real settings which change the way the app works - and which persist when app is closed and restarted (or the browser reloaded on the web version). It will also have a help page, a "visit our website" link and an "email us" link.

The app will have its own back-end created using a Firebase Realtime Database. Users can register, log in and see their data sync in realtime across all of their devices.

We'll get the app production ready for all the different platforms - web, iOS, Android, Mac & Windows.

You'll learn all of the basics of Quasar Framework, including the Quasar CLI, Quasar Components, Quasar Plugins, Quasar Directives, Platform Detection, Layouts, Theming & various Quasar Utilities.

I'll also show you all of the basics of Vue.js, including Data Binding, Events, Computed Properties, Components, Directives, Filters, Lists & Lifecycle Hooks.

You'll learn how to manage the state of your app using Vuex, where I'll cover State, Mutations, Actions & Setters.

I'll cover all of the basics of Firebase, including Authentication, Reading data, Writing data & protecting your data with Database Rules.

By the end of this course, you will be able to create your own real-world apps, with real back-ends which work on all the different platforms.

Who this course is for:

Anyone who wants to create real-world, cross platform apps using a single VueJS codebase.
Web Developers who want to use their existing skills to create a real-world app on many different platforms (Web, iOS, Android, Mac & Windows)

The British education focuses on understanding of the curriculum which serves as a foundation to everything that follows- that's why we always start with key concepts and learning points for each class. The Chinese education emphasizes the importance of Practice makes Perfect - we benefited from this approach, so we carried it through to our course whereby ample exam-styled questions would be covered from day 1 to help students get into the exam mindset.
