Bill Brooks is a renowned solar expert for national electrical code and standards. He is an active participant on many codes and standards panels including Code Making Panel 4 of the National Electrical Code, UL1703, UL1741, UL2703, and UL9540 Standards Technical Panels, and IEC TC82 Working Groups 3 and 6.
