Extract the "The Banner Saga" folder to wherever you like and start the game
with "The_Banner_Saga.bat" or "..\win\The Banner Saga.exe".
If you have problems, try the "The_Banner_Saga-offline.bat".
Or create your own shortcut from "..\win\The Banner Saga.exe", but with parameters: -console --saga saga1/saga1.json.z --new_music --offline
Change language:
In-game, in the options menu, select one of the following languages:
English, German, Russian, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish or Portuguese-BR
Normally, the official Italian translation is not selectable in-game.
I have no idea why... But this is fixed now, so you can play in any language.
Bonus content:
Besides the main game, Bonus content is included as follows...
Bonus ("Soundtrack" folder):
- Original Soundtrack (32x MP3)
GOG Extras ("GOG Bonus" folder):
- Avatars (5x JPG)
- Wallpapers (3x JPG)
Crack:
The game is pre-cracked with ALI213's crack.
Normally there's no need to change the crack, but if you prefer RLD, take a look into the "Crack" folder.
A backup of the original files and crack is also included.
Ripped:
- source files (over 2,6 GB), only useful for modders
