Some of the games support multiple languages and so there may be options regarding what language you can play in. Please make sure to check the no-intro dat file to determine if the game is available in your language. You can also check the name as the languages that is can be read in are listed within the parentheses.
You can use tools such as ClrMamePro to sort, organize, decompress, and re-zip these files. That is what was used to convert the game images in to their zip format.
