Description
This course contains the use of Artificial Intelligence.
Prepare for the PMP examination while building practical project management skills that you can apply in real projects.
This comprehensive PMP preparation course is designed around the current PMP examination approach and modern project management practices. Rather than relying on memorization alone, the course teaches you how to think through project situations, analyze competing priorities, identify the real problem, understand decision authority, and select the most appropriate action.
Throughout the course, you will explore project management from three connected perspectives:People, Process, and Business Environment. You will also learn how predictive, agile, and hybrid delivery approaches change the way projects are planned, governed, delivered, monitored, and improved.
The course begins with PMP certification orientation, eligibility, examination strategy, and situational judgment. From there, you will build a strong foundation in projects, programs, portfolios, products, value delivery, organizational structures, development approaches, tailoring, and the principles and performance domains of modern project management.
You will then move deeply into the People domain, including leadership, conflict management, emotional intelligence, stakeholder engagement, communication, coaching, team development, negotiation, psychological safety, and virtual or cross-cultural teams.
The Process domain takes you through the practical mechanics of managing projects. You will work with charters, project management plans, requirements, scope, WBS, schedules, resources, procurement, budgets, Earned Value Management, forecasting, financial evaluation, quality, sustainability, risk, change control, configuration management, acceptance, transition, and closure.
You will also develop the quantitative reasoning required for PMP questions. Practical examples explain concepts such as CPI, SPI, EAC, ETC, VAC, TCPI, critical path, total float, free float, Expected Monetary Value, decision trees, ROI, NPV, IRR, payback period, and other project-performance measures without turning the course into a mathematics class.
Agile and hybrid delivery are integrated throughout the course rather than being treated as isolated topics. You will work with Scrum, Kanban, adaptive planning, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, Definition of Done, flow, WIP, iterative delivery, hybrid governance, and the interaction between traditional project-management responsibilities and modern product-delivery approaches.
Artificial intelligence is also addressed from a project-management perspective. You will examine practical AI-assisted project-management use cases while considering data quality, privacy, ethics, governance, human accountability, verification, and the limitations of AI-generated analysis.
A dedicated end-to-end case study follows the fictionalOneMove transformation program, allowing you to apply project-management concepts across strategy, governance, chartering, stakeholders, scope, schedules, finance, procurement, quality, risk, compliance, delivery, change, AI, acceptance, transition, benefits, and closure.
The final part of the course concentrates on examination application. You will practice scenario analysis, case-based reasoning, graphical questions, matching exercises, multiple-response questions, point-and-click style items, time management, review strategy, and examination-day decision making.
This is not designed as a collection of definitions. The objective is to help you develop the mindset of an effective project professional who can understand a situation, evaluate evidence, communicate with stakeholders, balance competing constraints, protect value, and make defensible project decisions.
Whether your goal is PMP examination preparation, strengthening your project-management foundation, moving into a project leadership role, or improving the way you manage complex initiatives, this course provides a complete structured learning journey from project fundamentals to advanced application.
