The NCG CAM software product is designed specifically for toolmaking and ensures the effective development of control programs for milling parts of any complexity, such as, for example, forming dies and molds.
The product is an independent CAM application and is intended for use directly in the technological divisions and production sites. The processing strategies offered by NCG CAM are based on the company's extensive experience in tool manufacturing and ensure maximum efficiency for technologists when programming the most complex machining. The support of high-speed machining strategies ensures the highest purity of the surface to be processed, reduce machine wear, and increase the service life of the cutting tool.

Multithreading
With this system, it is possible to simultaneously calculate 2 or more tool paths. Most other CAM packages can calculate only one toolpath at a time, and the software is blocked during the calculation. When using NCG CAM, the user can continue to work and even use operations that have not yet been completed, placing them in a queue until the processor becomes available.
