Explore Nada Yoga through the transformative practice of conscious listening.
In this course, you will discover how sound can become a powerful object of meditation and a doorway into deeper awareness. Rather than approaching sound only as something to hear, we will explore different ways of listening-from focusing on a single sound to opening awareness to an entire soundscape, from listening to speech as vibration to experiencing the acoustics of a space, from natural sounds to personal sound memories, and finally to the vibration and silence of AUM.
The course includes
seven guided Nada Yoga practices

Focused Listening Meditation

Speech as Sound Listening Meditation

15-Minute Soundscape Meditation

Meditation on the Acoustics of a Space

Sound Journey Meditation: From Nature to Cosmic Bliss

Inner Child Sound Memories

AUM / Om Chanting Meditation
Alongside the practices, you will explore the traditional understanding of Nada Yoga, sound and vibration, conscious listening, soundscapes, acoustics, sound and memory, and the role of AUM and silence.
You will receive a
comprehensive course manual, Student Workbook, Suggested Reading guide and quiz to support your learning and personal practice.
No musical background or previous experience with Nada Yoga is required.
