Description
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Build the practical skills required todesign, attack, secure, monitor, and govern modern AI applications in this comprehensiveAI Security and Governance Masterclass.

As organizations rapidly adoptgenerative AI,large language models,RAG applications, andautonomous AI agents, security and governance have become essential. AI systems introduce risks that traditional application security alone cannot address, includingprompt injection, jailbreak attacks, document poisoning, memory manipulation, unauthorized tool execution, sensitive data exposure, hallucinations, and uncontrolled agent actions.

This course takes a hands-on, project-based approach. You will not only study AI security concepts-you will build vulnerable AI systems, attack them, understand their weaknesses, and implement practical defenses.

You will begin by setting upPython,Visual Studio Code,Git, andOllama, then build your first AI chat assistant. You will explore theAI threat landscape, understand theOWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, and learn how security differs across traditional software and AI-powered systems.

You will perform real-worlddirect prompt injection andAI jailbreak attacks, then create prompt validation, risk scoring, filtering, and guardrail mechanisms. You will build a completeRetrieval-Augmented Generation application, attack it using malicious documents, poison retrieved context, and secure it through trusted-source validation, context isolation, content sanitization, and enforcement controls.

The course also coversAI tool-calling security, including parameter injection, excessive permissions, unauthorized actions, input validation, least-privilege access, and human approval for sensitive operations. You will build persistentAI memory, demonstrate memory-poisoning attacks, and implement approval and validation controls before information is stored.

As you progress, you will develop anautonomous AI agent that can plan, reason, use tools, and complete workflows. You will then secure its decision-making process usinghuman-in-the-loop approvals, restricted permissions, action validation, and traceable execution.

You will combine these defenses into an integratedAI Security Gateway covering prompts, RAG, tools, memory, and agents. You will also learn production practices involvingDocker, deployment, security monitoring, logging, audit trails, and incident response.

Beyond technical security, this course provides extensive coverage ofenterprise AI governance. You will build AI inventories, usage dashboards, cost analytics, risk-scoring engines, model-evaluation dashboards, drift-monitoring systems, prompt-governance labs, agent-observability tools, and RAG governance dashboards.

You will learn how to map controls toNIST AI RMF, theEU AI Act, andISO/IEC 42001. Topics include policy management, control evidence, model cards, AI impact assessments, approval workflows, exception management, guardrail effectiveness, governance KPIs, KRIs, incident remediation, and executive reporting.

The final capstone brings everything together as you build anEnterprise AI Governance Command Center connecting AI telemetry, risk, controls, compliance evidence, incidents, remediation, and leadership dashboards.

Whether you are anAI engineer, cybersecurity professional, risk manager, enterprise architect, developer, auditor, compliance leader, ortechnology executive, this course will help you build AI systems that are not only powerful-but alsosecure, responsible, compliant, observable, and enterprise-ready.

Description

Scenario-based FCCM exam preparation: Red, Yellow & Silver Books (1999 & 2017), Claims, EOT, DAB/DAAB & Golden Principle

What you'll learn
Pass the FCCM exam: format, eligibility, high-yield themes and a 10-week study plan
Apply the Red, Yellow & Silver Books (1999 AND 2017 editions) to real project scenarios
Master Claims under Clause 20: the 28-day Notice, time bars and contemporary records
Navigate the full dispute path: Engineer's determination, DAB/DAAB, NOD and arbitration
Manage EOT, delay damages, Variations, payment machinery and Performance Security
Compare risk allocation across the suite and judge Particular Conditions with the Golden Principles
Command of the claims discipline: the 28-day Notice, the fully detailed claim, contemporary records, time bars
Cross-book risk allocation: site data, fitness for purpose, Exceptional Events vs Force Majeure

Requirements
No prior FIDIC certification needed - construction/engineering project experience helps

Description
"This course contains the use of artificial intelligence."

Pass the FCCM exam - and become the contract manager every FIDIC project needs.
The FIDIC Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) is the flagship credential issued by FIDIC Credentialing Ltd, held by only a few hundred professionals worldwide. It doesn't test whether you can recite contract clauses - it tests whether you can apply them: a late site handover, an unlabelled variation instruction, a missed Notice of Dissatisfaction. 100 scenario-based questions, 250 minutes, open book, 60% to pass.

This course is built for exactly that exam - and for the daily reality of administering FIDIC contracts on live projects.

What makes this course different
Most FIDIC courses teach one book and one edition. The FCCM exam tests six publications: the Red, Yellow and Silver Books in both their 1999 and 2017 editions, plus the Golden Principles. A large share of exam questions turn precisely on what changed between editions - DAB vs DAAB, old Clause 20 vs new Clauses 20/21, Defects Liability vs Defects Notification. This course covers the full examinable scope, edition by edition, clause by clause.

You start with the FCCM Exam Blueprint: eligibility routes, exam format, the examinable scope mapped to every module, high-yield themes, a 10-week study plan and exam-day strategy - including why "open book" is a trap for the unprepared (2.5 minutes per question leaves no time to search a contract you don't already know).

Then you master the machinery of every book

- Red Book 2017 - the reference architecture: the Engineer's dual role, time and programme (Clause 8), Variations (13), payment (14), termination (15-16), Claims (20) and the DAAB (21)

- Red Book 1999 exam core - studied as a comparison, the way the exam tests it

- Yellow Book 1999 & 2017 - Contractor's design, fitness for purpose, Tests after Completion

- Silver Book 1999 & 2017 - EPC/Turnkey: no Engineer, maximum risk transfer, unforeseeable conditions

- Golden Principles - the five tests for when Particular Conditions destroy the FIDIC balance

- Green Book 1999 & 2021 - supplementary short-form coverage for your professional toolkit

Every lesson teaches through the pattern the exam uses: what the clause does → who must act and within what time limit → the risk of missing the deadline → a realistic project scenario. You'll build the reflexes that answer scenario questions: whose clock is running, and what Notice stops it?

What you'll walk away with
- Command of the claims discipline: the 28-day Notice, the fully detailed claim, contemporary records, time bars

- The complete dispute path: determination → DAB/DAAB → NOD → amicable settlement → arbitration

- A working 1999-vs-2017 change log - the exam's favourite hunting ground

- Cross-book risk allocation: site data, fitness for purpose, Exceptional Events vs Force Majeure

- Exam-day strategy: pacing, open-book kit preparation, and how to spot the answer that respects the time bar

- Skills you'll use the day after the exam: on site, in claims, and in contract reviews

Important notes
This is independent, exam-aligned preparation. It is not accredited by, endorsed by, or affiliated with FIDIC Credentialing Ltd or FIDIC. Certification requirements, fees and dates are set by FCL - always verify the official website. This course explains and applies the contracts in original teaching material; you should study alongside your own licensed copies of the FIDIC publications, which you'll also use in the open-book exam.

Enroll now - and walk into the FCCM exam knowing exactly whose clock is running.
