Sounds too good to be true? These methods were successfully used by Aflac, Applied Materials, Entergy, Honda, IBM, JLL, Reckitt, Wells Fargo, and Xerox to dramatically improve the skills of their top executives, senior VPs, middle managers, and lower-level supervisors in remote teams and decision making scenarios. Over the last two decades, I trained the leaders at these Fortune 500 companies, as well as at numerous middle-market companies and quickly-growing startups as the CEO of the boutique future-proofing consultancy Disaster Avoidance Experts. The secrets used by these companies will be revealed in this course.
Here's a recent testimonial from John Elnitsky, the head of the nuclear division of Entergy, a company ranked #299 by Fortune, speaking about the impact of my training on the leaders of the nuclear industry
"We at Entergy hired Dr. Gleb as the opening keynote speaker to set the tone for the annual nuclear utility industry conference, hoping he would give a wake-up call about the threats and risks facing us and what steps we can take to prepare. Well, what he delivered exceeded our expectations. His keynote was the talk of the conference, widely described by attendees as giving the nuclear industry 'the kick in the pants we needed to jump-start critically important initiatives to address the threats he outlined.' Thank you Dr. Gleb!"
Here's a recent testimonial from Harish Phadke, the Business Manager for the head of the North American Health division at Reckitt, a company ranked #326 by Fortune, about the impact of my training on the Reckitt North American Health Leadership Team
"Dr. Gleb Tsipursky provided a truly outstanding virtual training on unconscious bias and future-proofing via emotional and social intelligence for the Reckitt North American Health Leadership Team. Exceeding our expectations, Dr Gleb customized his groundbreaking, behavioral science-driven training content to integrate our initiatives, policies, and case studies at Reckitt, expertly targeting our evolving needs. We are delighted to have met Dr. Gleb, and look forward to future opportunities to keep working with him on a training series for the organization. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants to get a rapid grasp of highly relevant topics which influence human behavior in the prevailing challenging times."
Besides such real-world, pragmatic expertise, I have a strong academic background as a behavioral scientist studying remote teams, decision making, and related fields. I spent 8 years at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, first getting a PhD in the History of Behavioral Science and then serving as a lecturer there. Then, I spent 7 years as a professor at the Ohio State University, where I published dozens of peer-reviewed articles on this topic in high-quality academic journals such as Behavior and Social Issues and Journal of Social and Political Psychology. Thus, this course is thoroughly informed by cutting-edge research.
This combination of business and science led to my expertise gaining global recognition. I published over 550 articles and gave over 450 interviews for prominent venues, such as Fortune, USA Today, CNBC, Fast Company, CBS News, Business Insider, Inc. Magazine, and Time.
My expertise is also featured in my 7 best-selling books, including global best-sellers Never Go With Your Gut: How Pioneering Leaders Make the Best Decisions and Avoid Business Disasters (Career Press, 2019) and The Blindspots Between Us: How to Overcome Unconscious Cognitive Bias and Build Better Relationships (New Harbinger, 2020). Further attesting to my global renown, my work was translated into Chinese, German, Russian, Korean, Polish, and other languages.
That's what you can expect in this course: methods used successfully by leaders at the biggest companies to seize competitive advantage for their bottom lines and careers, thoroughly informed by cutting-edge research, and featured in top media venues and best-selling books around the globe. However, it must be recognized that it is as powerful as it is complex, which may seem disconcerting at first.
This training, essentially centered on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), a module that is very popular in companies and whose impact and importance increases over the years, addresses in a clear and detailed manner all of its functionalities in the latest version of SAP ERP: S4/HANA.
SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) : Who is this training for?
The topics covered are not only of interest to those who work directly with the PM module of SAP. It will be of interest to all those who work in relation with it, such as the Material Management (or MM) module, the Production Planning (or PP) module or the Quality Management (or QM) module.
But not only!
It should also be of interest to maintenance managers, method departments, project managers, but also plant managers or anyone working in a sector with a maintenance department. People who would like to understand in depth the functionalities that are already implemented in their company, or the functionalities that they should consider for the future, as the software offers so many possibilities, will find what they need.
Since this training includes the necessary basics of maintenance but also of IT to understand the whole module, people who want to change careers in maintenance or in IT and more particularly in SAP are welcome.
However, I advise to have a taste for this field and to have a minimal knowledge of SAP. If it is not the case, I refer you to my training "Initiation SAP beginner - The Basics" before venturing into this one.
SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) : What will I learn?
This course is designed to be very complete and is divided in an optimal way to allow you to follow at your own pace and to easily consult each small chapter.
We will cover the following topics
Maintenance, seen today
Organizational Structure
The structure of Technical Objects
Maintenance processes
Interactions between modules
KPIs and indicators
Le Customizing dans SAP
A chapter based on the ease and optimization of the software in terms of user adherence

Questionnaires complete this training, inspired by the SAP PM certification.
SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) : How will I learn?
The video materials, articles and downloadable documents have been created to make learning enjoyable.
No reading of Powerpoint or other documents.
We wanted to make it more modern, more polished.
Moreover, each concept will be clearly explained before moving on to the "Software" part with the help of these explanation videos.
You don't need to have SAP installed on your PC. Everything will be shown to you directly in a real environment.
For those who would like to go further and practice directly in the software, I can advise you the Michael Management website, to get a "Live Access" pass in the SAP environment. You will find the link in the last section of the course.
This is the solution we used to create this course.
SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) : What's next?
At the end of this training, you will have learned a lot, not only about the PM module of SAP but also about other modules such as IM, PP or QM. But also, you will have learned about Maintenance.
You will have all the cards in hand to become a PM consultant.
But as we know that it is sometimes difficult to go beyond the teaching and that, in concrete cases, one can easily get lost, we continue to bring you our help and support
By updating our training courses on a regular basis according to your feedback
Through an exchange system via Udemy, especially the Q&A but also by message
By an email address, for more complex cases where it would be necessary to send us files
It is also possible to provide you with a personalized coaching system, according to your personal objectives
We want to be close to our community, and above all, to accompany you in your success.
"What you are tomorrow depends on what you do today".
So take the step. Do not hesitate. The best investment you can make is to invest in yourself!

Sounds too good to be true? These methods were successfully used by Aflac, Applied Materials, Entergy, Honda, IBM, JLL, Reckitt, Wells Fargo, and Xerox to dramatically improve the skills of their top executives, senior VPs, middle managers, and lower-level supervisors in telecommuting and decision making scenarios.
Besides such real-world, pragmatic expertise, I have a strong academic background as a behavioral scientist studying telecommuting, decision making, and related fields. Description
Welcome to the Complete WSL 2 Course for Web Development & Hacking
Web Developers and Hackers share very similar requirements when it comes to working with Linux. There are usually two camps: those who use macOS, and those who don't.
Those who don't use macOS usually end up being utterly confused by the vast landscape of Linux distributions out there and get tripped up by complicated setups of installing Linux as a Virtual Machine, or even worse, Dual-Booting Linux and Windows (Trust me, I have the most popular "How to install Kali Linux" videos on YouTube ;-) ).
I have been using those two setups over the past couple of years and I understand that people really struggle with the complicated nature of it. Since I have discovered WSL, and more recently, WSL 2, my workflow has completely changed and I haven't used a Virtual Machine in more than 1 1/2 years.
WSL 2 did not only make my workflow as a Web Developer and Ethical Hacker much more efficient, but it also saved me a lot of time in which I did not have to deal with exotic issues that arise when using complicated setups with Virtual Machines.
I also enjoy working with Linux much more again since using WSL 2, since it's so well integrated into Windows. Everyone who has tried my method did not look back so far. I have convinced Top-Level Bug Bounty Hunters and Web Developers to make the change and none of them has regretted it so far.
In this course, you will learn everything you need to know to get started with WSL 2. It doesn't matter if you are a Web Developer or an Ethical Hacker since the course has separated those two areas clearly. Most steps of working with WSL 2 are the same for both camps anyway.
I also included a complete 1+ hours long section called "Linux Primer", where I teach you all the fundamentals you need to work with Linux.
I am so confident that you will enjoy this course that I have provided a full 30-day-money-back guarantee so that you can purchase and try the course without any risk.
Thank you for your consideration, I hope to see you in Lecture 1!

Learn up-to-date Czech
Learn Czech vocabulary and grammar in context
Understand colloquial expressions both in written and spoken Czech
Learn expressions you can apply in future situations
Practise listening, reading and speaking
Have a better understanding of the Czech language structure
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Czech is welcome but not required
Description
Dear learners and story-lovers!
If you enjoy reading short stories and learning languages, you have come to the right place!
This course is designed for learners who would like to improve their Czech through entertaining real-life stories that happened in Prague. These funny, heartwarming stories took place during awkward situations or even embarrassing encounters in public places (transportation, streets, or the park).
Here, I present it in the colloquial Czech as they originally happened. I selected fifteen stories from a book titled Odposlechnuto v Praze (Overheard in Prague) and explained everything you need to know about the language and the culture to understand and enjoy the story. Together, we will read anecdotes from humorous situations involving dogs, family members, faux-pas in the meeting, at a restaurant and on the tram. You might find yourself interested in the job of being a public transport ticket inspector.
Starting with a brief introduction telling you what the story is all about, I will read it out loud with the voice that will impersonalize the characters of the story. I will translate each part of the story and explain the metaphoric meaning vs the literal translation. Once you understand the story, we will learn the vocabulary and grammar. This will help you understand the Czech humor and what it means in our culture. I will be sure to show properly how the same humor can be used differently in new situations. Knowing me, be prepared to test your knowledge and squeeze a few minutes to practice after we are done with the story.
This course is for anyone who is interested in a humorous story-based language course, no Czech background is necessary. It is designed as a stand-alone product. For those who want to dig deeper, I would highly recommend my other course titled A Fantastic Journey Into the Czech Language & Culture.
Looking forward to the opportunity of working together through this course!
