    - Bereich Englisch: Englische Releases gehören immer in diesen Bereich.
    - Bereich Talk: Der Bereich, in dem über die Releases diskutiert werden kann, darf, soll und erwünscht ist.


    Angebot/Beitrag erstellen

    - Ein Beitrag darf erst dann erstellt werden, wenn der Upload bei mindestens einem OCH komplett ist. Platzhalter sind untersagt.

We must remember that improper breathing can greatly upset the body and can be a contributing factor of depression, anxiety, panic attacks, emotional disturbances and fatigue, this must be taken care of so that it will not lead to more severe problem for the entire body and the body mechanism. Breathing exercise is very good for the body and help to make the body very strong example belly breathing can aid in the reduction of stress in the body system, this can be practice frequently in a relax mode to ensure that the body mechanism is relax so the maximum effect or gains can be obtained by the body to reduce the stress.
