Learn 3D Rendering by Lighting a Daytime Interior Scene: Developing Skills in Blender
Duration: 2h 5m | Video: .MP4, 1280x720, 30 fps | Audio: AAC, 48 kHz, 2ch | Size: 1.55 GB
Genre: eLearning | Language: English

Rundown
Follow along as we develop the lighting for an interior daytime*scene. In this course you'll learn about key elements that help to establish a natural looking daytime scene using free resources(see disclaimer below). I will be taking you through my typical process of building up the lighting for a scene such as this; from creating the natural light setup, to adding the practical(physical) lights, to adding some compositing adjustments for final output. We'll also*be doing some character/shot based lighting. The software used in the class is*Blender along with*it's native render engine Cycles, which is completely free so go download yourself some Blender and jump on in!(follow the link below or give it a quick Google to download). If you have any questions along the way, by all means feel free to send a message and I'll get back to you as soon as possible :)
Topics covered
Setting up an initial natural lighting setup as a*foundation to work from
Creating practical/physical lights to fill out the scene
Applying character/shot based lighting to help shape out the character and create seperation
Adding volumetric effects to help add atmosphere/depth
Compositing the final render for final output
Software Used
I used*Blender 3.0 and*Cycles(it's native render engine)*to create this scene. If you don't already have*Blender you can download*it for free from the Blender website (
).
Disclaimer
While watching the lesson*videos for this class I would recommend opening the associated project file for that*lesson every time you start a new video. This approach will help you better learn the content within this course, especially if you're at a beginner experience level.
To develop this class I used free resources found on the Blender website since they were already good to go and ready to be have lighting applied. You can find links to the original files in the projects and resources section of this class.
Also note I'm not an animator so forgive the characters lackluster pose ;)
Below*are the final renders you will learn how to light from from the ground up in this class.

Getting paid to break into buildings, legally? Lock picking, camera evasion, social engineering, even ethical hacking? That's what Physical Penetration Testers do. They test company security using the same techniques the bad guys do and that's what I did for over a decade as the founder and CEO of RedTeam Security and subject of viral Youtube video called, "Hacking the Grid." In this course, you can learn the process firsthand that my team used to break into some of the biggest companies.
Physical Penetration Testers, also known as a Red Team, are highly trained, experienced individuals who know how to infiltrate secure offices, buildings, warehouses, and more by employing techniques accomplished attackers use in Physical Red Team Operations. Many Physical Red Team operators work for government and organizations of all sizes in many industries. They use special skills in lock picking, camera evasion, covert reconnaissance, ethical hacking, social engineering, and more.
The Physical Red Teaming Operations Series is a group of four (4) pre-recorded training modules designed to teach students how to conduct Physical Red Team Operations comprehensively and repeatedly with precision and accuracy.
The training modules are pre-recorded and allow students to learn at their own pace on their own schedule. Based upon my published book, Physical Red Team Operations: Physical Penetration Testing with the REDTEAMOPSEC™ Methodology - for the first time in the industry, creator and founder, Jeremiah Talamantes teaches how to consistently, accurately, and efficiently execute Physical Red Team Operations leveraging the comprehensive REDTEAMOPSEC™ Methodology.

Description
In this course, you will learn how to use Spring Data JPA and its features to reduce a lot of boilerplate code.
Throughout this course, we will build entities (Product, ProductCategory, Order, OrderItems, User, Roles) and repositories for a simple e-commerce application.
The source code and PDF files (class notes) are available for download.
Problem
In typical three-layer Spring boot application architecture, we create three layers - Controller, Service, and DAO/Repository layer.
If we use JPA/Hibernate then write a lot of coding while implementing DAO/Repository layer - We repeat the same code again and again so what will be the solution to reduce the boilerplat code.
Solution
Spring Data JPA provides a solution to reduce a lot of boilerplate code.
We can use Spring Data JPA to reduce the amount of boilerplate code required to implement the data access object (DAO) layer.
Spring Data JPA is not a JPA provider. It is a library/framework that adds an extra layer of abstraction on the top of our JPA provider (like Hibernate). Spring Data JPA uses Hibernate as a default JPA provider.
What you will learn in this course?

Description
Interested in Machine Learning or Self-Driving Cars (i.e. Tesla)? Then this course is for you!
This course has been designed by a professional Data Scientist expert in Autonomous Vehicles, so that I could share my knowledge and help you understand how self-driving cars work in a simple way.
Each topic is presented at three levels
Introduction: the topic will be presented, initial intuition about it
Hands-On: practical lectures where we will learn by doing
[Optional] Deep dive: going deep into the maths to fully understand the topic
What tools will we use in the course?
Python: probably the most versatile programming language in the world, from websites to Deep Neural Networks, all can be done in Python
Python libraries: matplotlib, OpenCV, numpy, scikit-learn, keras, ... (those libraries make the possibilities of Python limitless)
Webots: a very powerful simulator, which free and open source but can provide a wide range of simulation scenarios (Self-Driving Cars, drones, quadrupeds, robotic arms, production lines, ...)
Who this course is for?
All-levels: there is no previous knowledge required, there is a section that will teach you how to program in Python
Maths/logic: High-school level is enough to understand everything!
Sections
[Optional] Python sections: How to program in python, and how to use essential libraries
Control Theory: control systems is the glue that stitches all engineering fields together
If you are mainly interested in ML, you can only listen to the introduction for this section, but you should know that the initial Neural Networks were heavily influenced by CT
Computer Vision: teaches a computer how to see, and introduces key concepts for Neural Networks
Machine Learning: introduction, key concepts, and road sign classification
Collision Avoidance: so far we have used cameras, in this section we understand how radar and lidar sensors are used for self-driving cars, use them for collision avoidance, path planning
Help us understand the difference between Tesla and other car manufacturers, because Tesla doesn't use radar sensors
Deep learning: we will use all the concepts that we have seen before in CV, in ML and CA, neural networks introduction, Behavioural Cloning
Who am I, and why am I qualified to talk about Self-driving cars?
Worked in self-driving motorbikes, boats and cars
Some of the biggest companies in the world
Over 7 years experience in the industry and a master in Robotic & CV
Always been interested in efficient learning, and used all the techniques that I've learned in this course
Who this course is for
All-levels, every section is separated with three levels: Introduction, Hands-On, Deep Dive
There is a Python section, so you do NOT need prior programming experience
