How to improve your Machine Learning Models
Create supervised machine learning algorithms to predict classes.
Learn best practices for real-world data sets.

Description:
Basically, the machine learning process includes these stages:
Feed a machine learning algorithm examples of input data and a series of expected tags for that input.
The input data is transformed into text vectors, an array of numbers that represent different data features.
Algorithms learn to associate feature vectors with tags based on manually tagged samples, and automatically makes predictions when processing unseen data.
While artificial intelligence and machine learning are often used interchangeably, they are two different concepts. AI is the broader concept - machines making decisions, learning new skills, and solving problems in a similar way to humans - whereas machine learning is a subset of AI that enables intelligent systems to autonomously learn new things from data.
Machine learning (ML) is a branch of artificial intelligence (AI) that enables computers to self-learn and improve over time without being explicitly programmed. In short, machine learning algorithms are able to detect and learn from patterns in data and make their own predictions.
In traditional programming, someone writes a series of instructions so that a computer can transform input data into a desired output. Instructions are mostly based on an IF-THEN structure: when certain conditions are met, the program executes a specific action.
Machine learning, on the other hand, is an automated process that enables machines to solve problems and take actions based on past observations.

How to improve your Machine Learning Models

Description:
Machine learning is a very promising subfield of artificial intelligence, where systems have the ability to "learn" through data, statistics and trial and error in order to optimize processes and innovate at quicker rates. Machine learning is giving computers the ability to develop human-like learning capabilities that are allowing them to solve some of the world's toughest problems, ranging from cancer research to climate change.
How, exactly, is machine learning making computers more human-like? Most computer programs rely on code to tell them what to execute or what information to retain (better known as explicit knowledge). This knowledge contains anything that is easily written or recorded, like textbooks, videos or manuals. With machine learning, computers are now gaining tacit knowledge, or the knowledge we gain from personal experience and context. This type of knowledge is hard to transfer from one person to the next via written or verbal communication.
For example, facial recognition is a type of tacit knowledge. We recognize a person's face, but it is hard for us to accurately describe how or why we recognize it. We rely on our personal knowledge banks to tacitly connect the dots to immediately recognize a person based on their face. Another example is riding a bike. It's much easier to show someone how to ride a bike than it is to explain it.
Computers no longer have to rely on billions of lines of code to carry out calculations. Machine learning gives computers the power of tacit knowledge that allows these machines to make connections, discover patterns and make predictions based on what it learned in the past. Machine learning's use of tacit knowledge has made it a go-to technology for almost every industry from fintech to weather and government.

Practical Programming Class: Learn Web Development With Solid Understanding Of Angular Build Awesome Web Applications

What you'll learn:
Fully understand the architecture behind an Angular application and how to use it
Develop modern, complex, responsive and scalable web applications with Angular
Build real world Angular applications
Understand how Angular works and how it interacts with Backends

Requirements:
Angular knowledge is required

Description:
The Angular framework allows a developer to build Angular web apps faster and make them highly efficient due to the technical advantages offered by the framework. Below you can see the list of factors assisting programmers in faster development with Angular.
Detailed Documentation. Angular developers took care of making Angular approachable and easy to learn. They provided carefully written documentation and endowed it with great code examples for clarity, so that a developer could easily find a way out of any issue while building an application.
Angular CLI. The Angular command-line interface makes the developer's job easier because it offers a set of helpful tools for coding. Besides its powerful built-in features that we are about to uncover further, Angular CLI can be extended with third-party libraries to solve unusual and complicated software issues.
Two-Way Data Binding. Two-way data binding is the time-saving feature that automates some processes of code generation. In AngularJS, within a Model-View-Controller architecture, if a developer changes something in model, the view matching to that model changes as well and vice versa. In brief, when app data is modified, the UI changes as well.
Differential Loading. The newest versions of Angular allow creating two kinds of bundles - the tools that contain code and the resources required for efficient programming. To make the app browser-compatible, one bundle is used for modern browsers that support ES2015+ and another one for older browsers that support ES5 JS version. With differential loading, browsers can load less code and polyfills, which makes the app more productive.
Google Support. Google created Angular to use it internally for its official websites and solve problems in Google's internal systems. Angular updates every 6 months offering small changes for each new version and gradual, yet confident and continuous evolvement of the framework.
Large Developer Community. Angular is widely popular among developers throughout the world. Since the very first set of AngularJS, there has always been a powerful community around the framework. Angular specialists constantly contribute to the framework, share programming experience, discuss specific issues, and find ways to solve problems together.
In This Course, We Are Going To Work On 8 Real World Projects Listed Below:
Project-1: Social Network Wall for Image Sharing, Likes and Comments
Project-2: Online Coding Platform: Compile and Run Code Online From The App

Knowledge Of Python

Description

Python is a popular general-purpose programming language that can be used for a wide variety of applications. It includes high-level data structures, dynamic typing, dynamic binding, and many more features that make it as useful for complex application development as it is for scripting or "glue code" that connects components together. It can also be extended to make system calls to almost all operating systems and to run code written in C or C++. Due to its ubiquity and ability to run on nearly every system architecture, Python is a universal language found in a variety of different applications.

Those new to programming can benefit from Python's high level of abstraction. It is highly interactive and known for its "strong opinions" around specific syntax (including whitespace). Python, like other high-level languages, has a garbage collection process to manage memory or delete unused resources. A user can receive instant feedback from the interpreter by typing python on the command line or by using projects like JupyterLab if they want a browser-based development experience. Many users also appreciate that Python has a strict syntax enforced by the compiler, making it easy to have a single "right way" to write a program.

Many organizations are Python users. Some of the most vocal and best-known Python-using companies include:

Mozilla, best known for Firefox, says it has over "230k lines of code" written in Python.

Google shares its internal Python training.

Microsoft promotes Python development with its IDE, Visual Studio Code.

Netflix shares its extensive use of Python for everything from regional failover monitoring software to data science.

Uber says it uses Jupyter Notebook and IPython to share data.

Reddit is largely written in Python and shares the source code on GitHub.

Dropbox has been a public advocate for Python 3 in its infrastructure.

Slack, Digital Ocean, Lyft, Sauce Labs, and Fastly all mention using Python in an Increment article.

Many financial firms, such as CapitalOne, Bloomberg, and JPMorgan, recruit Python developers.

Description
Software developers today utilize hundreds of programming languages, but none are as widely used, versatile, or transferrable as Java. Thanks to Java's many benefits and capabilities, this beginner-friendly programming language has remained in high demand across industries, including small businesses and fortune 500 companies, for over a quarter century.

Still, you may wonder, with hundreds of useful programming languages out there, why learn Java? Today we will explore why Java is foundational for backend developers and how it can advance your career in tech.

Java Developers are some of the most in-demand tech professionals in the industry. They work with Java to design and build innovative applications and websites. These developers specialize and dedicate their time to learning and implementing Java, a server-side language for most backend development projects.

From web to mobile to desktop, Java is found in virtually all operating systems. Used commonly along with business applications and Android mobile operating systems, the Java programming language is constantly updated to keep up with industry trends and can support many languages across its platform.

Although languages such as Python, HTML/CSS, and SQL have risen in popularity over the last few years, Java has been widely used by large IT corporations like Google, Amazon, LinkedIn, Netflix, Facebook, and Twitter for decades thanks to its usability and versatility. According to recent data collected on Java users, the largest industries to use Java include Computer Software and Information Technology, with 69% of all companies using Java being small (<$50 million per year), 8% being medium ($50 million to $1000 million per year), and 16% being large (>$1000 million per year). This means small businesses especially rely on the accessibility and simplicity of this core programming language.

Java was designed to be beginner-friendly, creating a safe environment for new developers to play with the language and make mistakes. While it is simple to use, Java is a diverse and high-level language, allowing users to focus on programming rather than more complex machine details. In fact, Java's advanced memory management tools take care of memory allocation, reallocation, and deallocation automatically through a software tool called the Garbage Collector. Additionally, Java has English-like syntax with minimum magic characters, making it easy to read and learn Java programs.

Learn Java Practically

Description
Java is the solution to this incongruity. It's the realization of cross-platform code that works the same across any system you run it on. Java's approach to achieving this feat is counterintuitive at first. In a way, Java isn't compatible with anything but one computer. Stranger still, this computer doesn't actually exist. The computer that Java code targets is the Java Virtual Machine (JVM). This is a program written by Java's creators and distributed for practically any computing device you can think of. As long as you have it installed, any Java code you run is handled by this "imaginary" computer living inside your computer. Java code is executed by the JVM, which sends appropriate platform-specific instructions to your computer, so everything works the same on every OS and architecture.

Of course, the method used by Java isn't really the selling point here. Most users and many developers don't care how software compatibility is achieved, only that it happens. Many languages promise cross-platform functionality, and usually, that promise is ultimately true, but the journey isn't always easy. Programming languages must be compiled for their target platforms, scripting languages require platform-specific interpreters, and it's rare that either can ensure consistent access to low-level system resources. Cross-platform support is getting better and better, with libraries to help with translating paths and environment variables and settings, and some frameworks (notably Qt) do much to bridge the gap for peripheral access. But Java has it and delivers it consistently and reliably.

This Course Hops Directly Into Step By Step Pentesting Without Any Extra Long Talks by Sadaf Bhatti July 12, 2021.

I like the ease with which the instructor takes you thru everything step by step. I have had some training but this was like a quick review with no extra long talking building up to it. He included basic commands and the background that is bare minimum required. I have a bit more to go but he is still building more lectures on firewalls and evasion so I'm looking forward to that and it was good to see burp suite and cms as part of this and now firewalls and anti-virus. I think as a security plus learner this was very good material range covered. Thank you.

Brilliant Course with Extremely Wide Coverage of PenTesting Topics by Safak Keskin July 16, 2021.

So far I think this course is pretty brilliant as it provides and suggests many different tools to use, how to use them and how to elevate or improve the understanding or varieties and effectiveness on tools. I have yet to reach the pen testing chapters but so far so good. one down side for some users might be that they would need to do their own research on things like ports (TCP/IP UDP etc) functionalities and networking in general. a good place to look like be the network+ certificate pdfs that can be easily googled.

5-Star Course Containing Clear Explanations & Engagement for Exactly What I Needed by Kamal Mohamed July 15, 2021.

Amazing course, just what I was looking for, clear instruction and more engaging style... MOST USEFUL INFO ON UDEMY!! Must Enroll course!!

One of The Best & Most Realistic Courses to Start In This Field; Brilliant Methodology (Translated from Spanish) by Daniel González Aug 19, 2021

The way of explaining and the agenda created is very attached to the real world, so it will be one of the best courses to start in the field. Making mistakes and exposing them on video is excellent to know how to solve them and its methodology in my opinion has been the best I have taken.

What you can see from reading these three reviews is that students love the way I teach things in a clear and engaging style, providing exactly what you need. The lectures themselves are helpful and will inspire you to try actually doing what you see I do. Then when you try to learn and have problems, you experience the greatest value of the course which is access to the instructor for help. You can ask anything related to the course and I will give you a thoughtful answer which will consistently help you solve the problems you are having in learning ethical hacking and penetration testing. 0 Questions Unanswered.

All configurations of these automated tools are shown in the exact way you would do it in a real business environment.

Exploitation

Exploit the found vulnerabilities and Gain access to your first target machine in the course! First understand how the whole hacking process including Footprinting, Scanning and Enumeration fits into hacking a single target and then Learn how to use Metasploit Framework to ease the process of exploitation for you but also without neglecting the way to exploit things manually.

Website Hacking

For the first time in the course, Go specifically deep into hacking Web Technologies, Applications and Servers. Understand how a website can be hacked and what's the full process to do it. Start by exploiting web technologies in a lab where you need to hack a CMS and then in another lab where you would do it for normal applications. During the process, learn various tools like WhatWeb, Uniscan, Skipfish, Dirb, Wpsan, THC Hyrda, Burp Suite, Metasploit in-depth.

Next, learn how to beat the security of custom websites having specific vulnerabilities like SQL Injection, Cross Site Scripting (XSS), Unrestricted File Uploads, Command Injection and Brute Forcing.

Finally, learn what to do for hacking the whole web server, sitting behind the scenes. Be able to exploit the web services and abuse risky HTTP PUT and DELETE method operations to gain a graphical shell access to the server.

Network PenTesting
