Agile Query-Driven Data Modeling for NoSQL
.MP4, AVC, 1000 kbps, 1280x720 | English, AAC, 128 kbps, 2 Ch | 1.5 hours | 637 MB
Instructor: Pascal Desmarets

Recorded live at Data Modeling Zone
Data modeling is under pressure to demonstrate its relevance in a world of Agile Development and NoSQL. Now, a query-driven approach completely redefines the field of data modeling.
NoSQL technology is almost mainstream now. And with self-managed agile development teams embracing the flexibility of JSON in NoSQL document databases, the field of data modeling is too often strictly associated with relational databases, and hence viewed as too rigid and cumbersome.
The data modeling actors, roles, lifecycle, processes, and tools are rapidly changing in that context, and the entire field is re-inventing itself to remain relevant and demonstrate its contribution. As it turns out, data modeling becomes even more important when the guardrails provided by normalization have been taken down.
At the same time, unstructured and polymorphic Big Data is creating challenges both in terms of data governance (in the context of privacy regulation - GDPR and PII) and the ability of enterprises to leverage the mountains of information accumulated. Data modeling is now used in production on a daily basis to help discover how data has been stored, in order to help query it effectively, and keep it compliant.
In this session, you will learn a completely new approach to data modeling, to leverage the power and flexibility of MongoDB, AWS DynamoDB, Couchbase, Azure Cosmos DB, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, HBase, Redis, Google Firebase, MarkLogic, and other NOSQL and multi-model databases. You will also learn how data modeling helps enterprises migrate from RDBMS to NoSQL.
There are three clips in this series:
Why NoSQL? The drivers behind NoSQL are discussed, and each type of database (Relational, Column, Key-Value, Document, and Graph) are introduced.
Document Databases. Learn all about document databases, and how they can be modeled. Understand the differences between embedding and referencing and the tradeoffs with using document databases versus relational.
Graph Databases. Learn all about graph databases, including how to model graph databases and graph database use cases.

SCCM Current Branch: Support Intune and Co-management
MP4 | Video: AVC 1280x720 | Audio: AAC 44KHz 2ch | Duration: 2 Hours | 348 MB
Genre: eLearning | Language: English

Get introduced to "modern" desktop management in this course by enabling SCCM and Intune Co-management and exploring common tasks in the Intune console.
Our learning path's long journey through SCCM ends in this course through its integration with Microsoft Intune. In this course, SCCM Current Branch: Support Intune and Co-management, we explore the SCCM and Intune Co-management configuration, as well as the everyday tasks in managing desktops via Microsoft's "modern" approach. In this final course out of seven, you'll experience the important differences between SCCM's traditional approach to desktop management and how Intune focuses on more of a light touch. First, you'll begin by enabling the co-management configuration and determining which of SCCM's workloads should be shifted wholesale over to Intune's control. Then, you'll enroll a series of Windows 10 desktops via both automated and manual enrollment. Next, you'll manage a few device configurations and even deploy a few applications via the Intune console. Finally, you'll walk through a simple, but powerful use case in applying device compliance and conditional access policies to restrict user access to company data when devices go noncompliant. By the end of this course, you'll be prepared to start your journey in shifting certain desktop workloads to Microsoft Intune in the cloud.

Learn to Deepen Intimacy with Playful Practices of Sacred Connection

What you'll learn
Students will learn how to weave spirituality and conscious intention into their lovemaking.
Touch with more sensitivity and awareness
Incorporate Dance and Movement practices into their intimacy with others
Use Food and Drink as a delicious way to share sensuality with their partner(s)
Requirements
This course is designed for both singles and couples who seek innovative, playful, and inspired new ways to share intimacy, love, and sexuality with each other.
Description
As a student and teacher of both Tantra Yoga and Sacred Sexuality, I became frustrated with a lack of clarity around the term "tantra" in the public. In this course we begin by elucidating the differences, but also connections, between Tantra - a philosophy and ritual practice from India, and Neo-Tantra - a modern movement in sacred sexuality and enhanced intimacy.
Following this, our course focuses on awakening to the core of Tantric teaching-embodying divine presence in each moment-through specific practices of sacred sexuality. We concentrate on the element of WATER for the content of our practices.
Water is an element of supreme sensuality, and of course, we are composed of %75 Water.
In this course, you will learn how to use WATER as an erotic vocabulary to write the poetry of your union in partnership, whether you're ******, in a serious relationship, or even single seeking more tools to grow as a sexual being.
We first address issues of when to do these practices, with whom, and how to create safe containers with conscious agreements between each other. We then move into the juicy content, where we explore how to practice, and play, with the water Element as you share Love. You will learn the following:
Meditation journey with the Water
Merge your energies by Sharing the Water Breath
How to hold, caress, and massage each other with the tenderness of the Water element
Create safety and connection with Womb Pulsing
Sacred Movement with Water, including Qi Gong and the Water Dance
Playful and passionate Kissing with the Water element
Explore the sensuality of Food and Drink
An instruction is given for each section before a video demonstration of the Divine Masculine and Feminine in each exercise.
I hope you enjoy beginning, or continuing, your Tantric studies and that you will join us in Deepening Intimacy with the Water Element.
Remember, we are made from the joyful union of sex.
Now let's take our sexual essence to another level of consciousness.
Namaste.
Who is the target audience?
Couples who wish to experience deeper intimacy and bonding.
Lovers who seek to expand their vocabulary of love-making.
Singles who want to learn new techniques for sharing sensually with another.
