TRIZ. Engineering Problem-Solving Algorithm (pt)
MP4 | Video: AVC 1280x720 | Audio: AAC 44KHz 2ch | Duration: 1.5 Hours | Lec: 35 | 2.20 GB
Genre: eLearning | Language: English

Get the Complex Problem-Solving skill. STEP-BY-STEP guide for resolving any Complex Problem. Troubleshooting like a PRO.

The main goal of the course - to give you the most powerful practical tool for Complex Problem-Solving.

This Algorithm is clearly structured in 8 STEPS. In logical chain from receiving not clear Complex Problem, step-by-step, through the whole Algorithm you will find from 10 to 100 new solutions and even more depending on your efforts.

The STEP 1: will help you to frame the Problem into such formulation that reveals the task how to eliminate any Simple or Complex Problem.

The STEP 2: aims to divide Simple and Complex Problems. You will be able to make self-elimination of the Simple Problem, even if it is not from your profile branch of industry. All Simple Problems will be resolved at the STEP 2. And if the Problem is Complex, then you go to the next STEP 3.

The STEP 3: shows you how to find the root cause of the Complex Problem. At the STEP 3 the ideas to solve your Complex Problem begin to appear.

The STEP 4: gives you the way to find resources to solve your Complex Problem.

The STEP 5: lead you to frame your desired result in the system without the Complex Problem. The STEP 5 shows how to apply resources that you found at the STEP 4 to eliminate the Complex Problem with low costs and even without costs. As a result, of the STEP 5 you will definitely get several ideas to solve your Complex Problem. And with ideas to solve the Problem you may get contradictory demands to the elements of the system in which there is a Problem. Then you go to the next STEP 6.

The STEP 6: will help you formulate contradictory demands to the element of the system in which there is a Problem. As a result of the STEP 6 you will choose the principle for resolving contradictions. In case of very difficult Problems when the chosen principle did not lead you to a solution, you go to the next STEP 7.

The STEP 7: will get you acquainted with special techniques out of 40 available in TRIZ to resolve physical contradictions and to find an inventive solution of your Complex Problem.

The STEP 8: lead you to the most powerful solution from the list of found during doing all seven STEPs of the Algorithm.

You may ask me: what kind of Problems I can resolve using this Algorithm?

If I answer: "ANY". You, probably, would not believe me.

But it's really about 95% of all Problems around us.

And what kind of those 5% Problems you won't fix by this tool - the only those that need preliminary researches, when the nature of an undesirable phenomenon is not known.

After finishing this course it would be easy for you to Find a lot of Solutions to ANY of your Complex Problem.

You'll see things around you in another way. What it means?

All things around you can help you to Solve Any Problem with low costs and even without costs. You just need to know how.

With this Engineering Problem-Solving Algorithm you'll succeed in any difficult case.

But it's not a magic wand - you will have to work a lot! And as a reward there will be a lot of strong decisions!

And the last, but not least: only practicing the Engineering Problem-Solving Algorithm will increase your skills and as a result increase your market price!

P.S.: From The World Economic Forum, TOP 10 high demanded skills in 2020:

1. Complex Problem Solving

2. Critical Thinking

3. Creativity

Kafka Connect - Learn How to Source Twitter Data, Store in Apache Kafka Topics and Sink in ElasticSearch and PostgreSQL

A comprehensive and new course for learning the Apache Kafka Connect framework with hands-on Training.

Kafka Connect is a tool for scalable and reliable streaming data between Apache Kafka and other data systems. Apache Kafka Connect is a common framework for Apache Kafka producers and consumers.

Apache Kafka Connect offers an API, runtime, and REST service to enable developers to define connectors that move large data sets into and out of Apache Kafka in real time. It inherits strong concepts such as fault-tolerance and elasticity thanks to being an extension of Apache Kafka. Kafka Connect can ingest entire databases, collect metrics, and gather logs from all your application servers into Apache Kafka topics, making the data available for stream processing with low latency. Kafka Connect standardises the integration of other data systems with Apache Kafka, simplifying connector development, deployment, and management. In this course, we are going to learn Kafka connector deployment, configuration, and management with hands-on exercises. We are also going to see the distributed and standalone modes to scale up to a large, centrally-managed service supporting an entire organisation or scale down to development, testing, and small production deployments. The REST interface is used to submit and manage connectors to your Kafka Connect cluster via easy to use REST API's.

How is this course designed?

I've made this course as easy to understand as possible. I've structured it in such a way that each section will handle one of the 3 languages covered here.

Introduction: This is where I'll explain how the game works, it's various features and what we'll be using to achieve the same results.

Module 1: We'll be teaching you how to create the bare bones of the game with HTML5. The result will be a page with all the elements we need in our game, devoid any colors or design elements.

Module 2: Here, we'll "beautify" our game. We'll be using both basic and Advanced CSS & CSS3 elements, including CSS3 Transformation & CSS3 Transitions, to give our app colors and styles (including 3D styles), and make the card flip happen. At the end of this module, we'll have a Memory game that'll look like the final result, albeit one that is not playable yet yet. We'll cover that in the Javascript module.

Module 3: We'll be covering some basic concepts of Javascript in this module. We'll only cover concepts that we'll need for our app's Javascript code though. If you already know the basics, you can skip this module.

Module 4: This would be the meat of the course. We'll be delving into Javascript & Web 2D Game development of our game in this module, and We'll teach you how to make the game playable (make the card flip, the timer, the randomized card load feature and the customized result display work) in here.

Final section: Finally, We'll give you some ideas on how to improve/enhance the app further and make it your own in terms of design and functionalities.
