Genre: eLearning | Language: English | Duration: 795 Lessons ( 80h 56m ) | Size: 86.3 GB

In this Cisco CCNA training, Keith Barker, Jeff Kish, and John McGovern prepare learners to take the 200-301 CCNA exam the one exam required to earn the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification

Cisco technologies are everywhere, which means properly trained professionals with the CCNA certification will continue to be sought after. After taking this CCNA course, you'll be ready to take the 200-301 CCNA and validate the entry-level skills expected of a network administrator.

For anyone who manages network administrators, this training can be used for 200-301 CCNA exam prep, on-boarding new network administrators, or as part of a team training plan.
200-301 CCNA: What You Need to Know

For any network administrator using this training for exam preparation, our CCNA course maps to the Cisco 200-301 CCNA exams objectives, and covers topics such as

Routing protocols, including OSPFv2 for IPv4, OSPFv3 for IPv6, EIGRP for IPv4, and EIGRP for IPv6
VLANs, STP, and EtherChannel (static, PAGP, and LACP)
WAN technologies, such as PPP, MLPPP, PPPoE, and GRE
Quality of server (QoS), including marking, shaping, and prioritization of voice, video, and data
Device monitoring protocols, including SNMPv2 and SNMPv3
Device management using AAA (authentication, authorization, and accounting) with TACACS+ and RADIUS

Who Should Take 200-301 CCNA Training?

This CCNA training is considered associate-level Cisco training, which means it was designed for junior network administrators. This 200-301 CCNA course is valuable for new IT professionals with at least a year of experience with networks and experienced network administrators looking to validate their Cisco skills.

New or aspiring network administrators. Learning networking technologies for the first time can seem like a daunting task. From subnetting to spanning trees, there is a lot to study and understand. Our CCNA training lays it all out for the new network professional. The course is both broad and deep, covering important topics in a way that prepares you for the challenging CCNA exams.

Experienced network administrators. The technologies associated with Cisco routing and switching have been around for a long time now. But in the fast-paced telecommunications industry, a good deal of the technology changes every year. That s why Cisco requires regular recertification for CCNA professionals. CCNA training will help experienced professionals refresh their skills and prepare for recertification.

Medicine ball 101 with Coach Esik is a fitness program created for medicine ball training to drive adaptation and challenge the body. When used correctly this tool can help you strengthen your core, develop rotational power, and boost athletic performance.

What is Medicine Ball 101 Program?
Medicine ball 101 with Coach Esik is a fitness program created for medicine ball training to drive adaptation and challenge the body. When used correctly this tool can help you strengthen your core, develop rotational power, and boost athletic performance.
This program is an introduction on how to train with the medicine ball using TACFIT principles. You will learn functional exercises, workouts, and training protocols that engage major muscle groups legs, glutes, chest, back, and shoulders while developing core strength. You ll also work on simple movement patterns that are essential for everyday activities such as squats, lunges, hinge, push, pull, rotate and more.
Many med-ball exercises are complementary and serve as bridging tools between sports skill and strength training. Unfortunately, nearly all of the training we see on the Internet and social media is junk fitness and busy work.
Med-ball training is about purpose and transfer not just mindless lifting or tossing. In this program we go over 10 specific exercises that target core strength and athletic performance. By learning these exercises and how to perform them with proper technique you will develop a bulletproof core, enhance body awareness, and explosive power and speed.
Once you ve finished the program you ll be able to incorporate the workouts into your fitness routine to maximize your performance.
To help you get started we ve created a 14-day training protocol that you can incorporate into your workout routine which can be customized and used year round. It can also be used as an alternative for warm-ups and on active recovery days.

I don't show you hollywood level huge scale effect tutorials. People always want that, but I don't believe in that. It doesn't teach you much. You spend more time on execution than on learning the underlying concepts. It's also too limited - you learn how to do effect X, but have no idea why things were done this way, what other ways there are and what the context of all of it is.

But you can always solve a problem yourself and go bigger with proper fundamentals.

What you get is production knowledge, that sometimes includes boring bits, no quick results or super fancy examples. That's the nature of the field sometimes.
My mantra is: "This is a profession, not a hobby."

Also - No, I will not be able to make you a senior FX TD. You will not get a job at ILM after this. I am not here to sell dreams, sorry.
I definitely can help you learning Houdini, but I will not promise you anything else. That's my "no bullshit" policy.
If you want unrealistic promises, look somewhere else.
If you accept that Houdini is hard to learn, takes a long time to master and can become complicated - welcome to the course!

If that's not your cup of tea, no bad feelings - there are plenty of other sources out there: other learning resources

Which topics are covered? Which aren't?
No, I'm not covering "everything". That wouldn't makes sense and would overwhelm you and me.
I am covering the common workflows of an FX TD, not CFX, nor Animation or Rigging. So let me give you a list

Includes
1. BASICS
2. POPS
3. VEX
4. VELLUM
5. RBDS
6. FLIP
7. PYRO
