Extract the "Dust An Elysian Tail" folder to wherever you like and start the game with "DustAET.exe".
To use the No Intro Fix, open the "Optional - NoIntroFix" folder and copy the "content" folder to your game install root and overwrite everything.
Only the intro video (wmv) and rating splash screen (xnb) get replaced. It's also on GCW.
