One of the first things that struck me first when I first heard about the whoopie pie was its name! I had gone to visit a classmate then in college, and she mentioned that she was going to prepare some whoopie pies for us to snack on while we studied.
She brought out the ingredients and got on with preparing them. I was star-struck because I had never seen an ingredient combination that enthralling before!
This minute it looked like she was making pastry, and the other minutes it was smelling cookies everywhere!
When she served me, I was practically expecting to taste something pastry-ish, but then I tasted this chocolatey, fluffy, luscious, and very soft dessert, and I was blown away!
Trust me that I never left the apartment without getting her recipe from me!! And since then, I have explored different types of whoopie pies you could ever think of!!
Ginger, red velvet, spiced, you name it; I have a lot of whoopie pies recipes that I couldn't help but share with you!
If you are on this page because you love Whoopie pies just like me, and you crave to enjoy them in more than enough variations, then you're in the right place!
Get a copy of this recipe book, and let's get whoopied!!!
