This course is a journey of connection, creativity and joy, designed for the entire family. By using intuitive music and singing, you and your dear ones can explore deeper bonding and empathy. We are going to observe your natural rhythms for spontaneous creations and learning. We are going to invite your unique voice(s) to play, sing and express your emotions freely.This is NOT a technical singing course, nor a dedicated music skills training program. The journey is meant to catalyze more fun and inner peace in your family. You cannot fight when you sing.
You naturally align to harmony when you listen, play and sing in coherence with others.Sabin created this experience having the background of an intuitive musician, father of three, trainer and facilitator in multiple interdisciplinary areas.In this course you'll learn about:- the three core elements of music in the family and groups- communicating a wide spectrum of emotions with your voice and body- choosing from multiple easy-to-use instruments the one(s) that suits you- basic exercises for relaxing the voice, body and breathing.- a heart coherence practice designed by the HeartMath Institute and adapted to singing,- enhancing your intuition and creativity- the importance of silence in family and musicThe videos and materials include the author presenting and guiding, as well as a few examples of his family playing, singing and having fun with silence and sound (three practice videos).
