Info:
Black Box was an Italian house group popular in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The group consisted of three people: club DJ Daniele Davoli, clarinetist Valerio Semplici, and keyboardist Mirko Limoni. The face of the group became Italian model Katrin Quinol, who appeared on all album and single covers, as well as in concert performances and music videos. However, the actual vocalist for almost all the songs on the debut album Dreamland was Martha Wash. Following several lawsuits (plagiarism accusations and legal battles with Wash), the group's popularity faded away.
