Extract the "Shadows Heretic Kingdoms" folder to wherever you like and start the game with the "Shadows.exe".
A small launcher window will show up. Select your language and settings and start the game. In-game are more options.
Change language:
Select English, German, Russian, French or Polish at game launch.

No Intro Fix:
I made 4 very small replacements, to get rid of both intro videos.
Copy the content of "..\No.Intro.Fix-m3Zz" to your game install root.
