AJAX JavaScript XHR and Fetch
MP4 | Video: AVC 1280x720 | Audio: AAC 44KHz 2ch | Duration: 1.5 Hours | Lec: 21 | 287 MB
Genre: eLearning | Language: English

Learn how to use AJAX within your web applications, Course covers vanilla JavaScript using XMLHttpRequests and Fetch

AJAX allows web pages to request small chunks of data (such as HTML, XML, JSON, or plain text) and display them only when needed. This is achieved by using APIs like XMLHttpRequest or Fetch API. These technologies allow web pages to directly handle making HTTP requests for specific resources

Typically when a user goes to a website the user has to wait for the server to respond with the data. This is not the case as with AJAX we have the option to load the data when the user is already on the page making the user really happy.

This course covers making AJAX requests using the XMLHttpRequest as well as the newer fetch.

Use JavaScript to send requests, receive response content and use the response data to output into the html. JavaScript is at the center of it all connecting the web page content to the server data and doing all the work in between.

An introduction to IPTables and Firewalld in Linux
MP4 | Video: AVC 1280x720 | Audio: AAC 44KHz 2ch | Duration: 1 Hours | Lec: 20 | 235 MB
Genre: eLearning | Language: English

IPTables and Firewalld in CentOS (Redhat)

CentOS has an extremely powerful firewall built in, commonly referred to as iptables, but more accurately is iptables/netfilter. Iptables is the userspace module, the bit that you, the user, interact with at the command line to enter firewall rules into predefined tables. Netfilter is a kernel module, built into the kernel, that actually does the filtering. There are many GUI front ends for iptables that allow users to add or define rules based on a point and click user interface, but these often lack the flexibility of using the command line interface and limit the users understanding of what's really happening. We're going to learn the command line interface of iptables.

In this course you will be introduced to the iptables concept and will gain enough knowledge to go further into the field of OS security. I have chosen CentOS as the OS flavor which is the free version of Redhat. Since it is the most commonly deployed Linux flavor, you will be in a good shape to put your newly learned skills to test right away.

Although it will be good idea to some background on Linux for this course, but if you don't have it, don't worry about it. I will go over some basics at the beginning of the course.

Learn Full Stack Web Development with Spring and Angular
MP4 | Video: AVC 1280x720 | Audio: AAC 44KHz 2ch | Duration: 7.5 Hours | 7.57 GB
Genre: eLearning | Language: English

The world of app development is fast paced, where app trends come and go. What started as simple and functional apps, have now resulted apps that are more integrated at every step. This has pushed for a change in the way we build our apps, including the tools we use. We are no longer capable of pushing out dynamic and fluid apps without using frameworks! Frameworks are libraries or set of guidelines that simplify the process of building apps by allowing developers to write less code that does more. Front-end frameworks work hand-in-hand with server-side frameworks to ensure a complete functional framework. This Spring plus Angular tutorial will go over basic concepts of Angular 5 including the theory behind it, why it's useful, the standard file structure, TypeScript, the CLI, components, and so on. Following this, you'll delve into Spring and learn how to integrate it into your Angular project. When it comes to the Spring framework, you'll go over how to create your back-end server and get it up and running with Angular. From there you will work on building an actual project from the ground up - A ToDo list application. This will include designing an entire front-end layout with Angular and integrating a back-end system with Spring.

React 16 - The Complete Guide (incl. React Router 4 and Redux)
MP4 | Video: AVC 1280x720 | Audio: AAC 44KHz 2ch | Duration: 31.5 Hours | 9.43 GB
Genre: eLearning | Language: English

Learn React or dive deeper into it. Learn the theory, solve assignments, practice on demo projects and build one big application which is improved throughout the course: The Burger Builder! JavaScript is the major driver of modern web applications since it's the only programming language which runs in the browser and hence allows you to provide highly reactive apps. You'll be able to achieve mobile-app like user experiences in the web. But using JavaScript can be challenging - it quickly becomes overwhelming to create a nice web app with vanilla JavaScript and jQuery only. React to the rescue! React is all about components - basically custom HTML elements - with which you can quickly build amazing and powerful web apps. Just build a component once, configure it to your needs, dynamically pass data into it (or listen to your own events!) and re-use it as often as needed. Need to display a list of users in your app? It's as simple as creating a "User" component and outputting it as often as needed. By the end of the course, you will be able to build amazing React (single page) applications! A short refresher about the most important next-gen features is provided in the course.
