All about NodeJS
MP4 | Video: 1280x720 | 64 kbps | 44 KHz | Duration: 13 Hours | 1.93 GB
Genre: eLearning | Language: English

Create & Deploy High Performance NodeJS Apps on the Cloud and More !

A brand new section on NodeJS Fundamentals has been added. It features an extensive hands-on look into the inner workings of NodeJS. There are tons of things to learn, all written using ECMAScript 6 & NodeJS 4.x.x

Also added a free eBook - ECMAScript 6 QuickBytes. This exclusive eBook is designed to quickly bring you upto speed with essential ES6 features as being used in this course.

Lots of new stuff, from writing modules, to web servers, streams, cryptography, reading/writing files and lots more...

About this Course

NodeJS is a platform that allows developers to write server side high performance and networked applications. And that too using good old Javascript. But wait ! Isn't Javascript meant to be used for forms and stuff on web pages ?

Well that was 10 years ago. The world has gone from 'Oops! You've not filled up the form properly !' days to today's modern web apps and social media sites that rely heavily on Javascript. Google Apps, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and LinkedIn, being handful examples of this movement. And to think that this quantum leap would not have been possible without Javascript is not an overstatement. Today, when you socialize with your friends on Facebook, or use your Gmail inbox, you're running thousands of lines of code written in Javascript, in your browser.

With NodeJS, you can take this knowledge back on the server, where usually you would expect to see the likes of PHP, Ruby, ASP dot NET etc. But that's only a small portion of the reason why NodeJS is so cool. The fact that you can write full blown networked applications (think chat servers, collaborative tools, real-time data visualization apps) with just a few lines of code is more than reason enough to not only look at NodeJS, but deep dive into it !

But I know PHP ? Why should I learn NodeJS ? Well, for starters, learning something new never hurts. But most importantly, learning NodeJS is great because :

Node allows you to write highly scalable networked apps deployed on the cloud !
You're working at a different level of application design per se with Node and that means that you're not writing an app that sits on top of a stack, you design the stack from the server up. And while that may sound daunting, it really is not and you'll see why.
You code in the same language, both on the server and on the front end ! We're all polyglots (we use multiple programming languages and syntax in most of our projects), but managing code in the same language on the back-end and the front-end never hurts and in-fact can be a huge time saver when debugging.
NodeJS is used by the likes of LinkedIn, Yahoo and Microsoft to name a few. Its pretty new and consequently you gain advantage from the exponentially growing community of NodeJS & Javascript developers and that's great fun, really !
If you've been coding in Javascript, you can leverage your existing knowledge and skills and take it to a whole new level !

TOTAL PRODUCT BLUEPRINT is a comprehensive course on how to CREATE information products and programs, AND how to MARKET them strategically and effectively to generate recurring revenue while building an enduring brand.

The 6-week online course teaches students how to create and market 12 lucrative products and programs, and provides sample outlines, scripts, examples, and marketing emails and sample webpages (including exactly what campaigns to run and what effective opt-in and sales pages should look like).

I've used these same products, program and marketing campaigns to go from an unknown, broke, hopeful to building a $10,000,000 company and the leading brand in my field in just four years. This stuff WORKS and it's time to reveal the best strategies in the business to the world.

Our industry seems to teach everyone good marketing but not how to create the products and programs to market in the first place. TOTAL PRODUCT BLUEPRINT changes all that and brings together the best strategies and tactics in product creation and programs.

It turns out that there are only 12 products and programs we can really create as experts/gurus/infopreneurs.

Pluralsight - Building Blocks of Biml
Size: 927MB | Duration: 4h 10m | Video: AVC (.mp4) 1280x720 15fps | Audio: AAC 44.1KHz 2ch
Genre: eLearning | Level: Beginner | Language: English

This course teaches SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) developers how to develop packages to perform extract-transform-load (ETL) operations for a data warehouse by using Business Intelligence Markup Language (Biml) as an alternative development approach.

It's generally accepted that creating and maintaining ETL packages with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is one of the more time-consuming steps in the data warehouse development process, but what if there was a way to save time that can be used to solve bigger problems or expand the data warehouse scope? Rather than spend seemingly endless hours working through repetitive SSIS package development tasks and more hours tweaking those packages as schemas evolve, you can use Biml to create a framework that gracefully adapts to changes and updates package designs in minutes. This course introduces you to the Biml language by progressively building out files to support a data warehouse environment until you have a complete solution for staging data and loading the staged data into target dimension and fact tables.

Create a 2D Zombies Survival Game for Android, iOS and W8.1
WEBRip | MP4/AVC, ~583 kb/s | 1280 x 720 | English: AAC, 66.2 kb/s (2 ch), 44.1 KHz | 1.51 GB
Genre: Development / Game Development | Language: English | +Project Files

"Make your own 2D Zombies Survival Game using Unity 5 from scratch, and how to extend it to create any game you want! "

From the author of one of the most influential Unity & Android courses ever made in Udemy titled: Become a 2D Game Developer for Android In No Time!

Did you know that...
Writing games for mobile devices is not very difficult, but you might need some assistance in the beginning, and I will help you to make this process much easier. For now our aim will be on Android and iOS, the two giants in the mobile industry.

At the end of this course, you will be able to create your own 2D games using the important concepts taught there, such as the Object Pooling technique. Besides, unlike any other Unity course out there, we will also focus on the graphic design of the assets we are going to use, so you will end up having various graphical design competences also!

Is this course just for Android and iOS?

No! You will also learn (on Lecture 22 to be more specific) how to make this game work for whatever platform you can think of: BlackBerry, PC, Mac, Linux, Windows 8/8.1, Android, iOS.
Why 2D games?
First of all, think that the great majority of success cases in the mobile game industry is made up of 2D or 2.5D games: Candy Crush, Flappy Birds, Clash of Clans, Angry Birds, Geometry Dash, ...

Furthermore, 3D games are significantly complex compared to 2D. From a programming perspective, 3D requires more math skills. Data structures are complex, animation is hard to program, and the volume of data is much higher, making memory management and app responsiveness a difficult task. Art work for 3D tends to be more complex and the set of skills required is wider. From a design perspective, it is difficult to author levels and level physics. Comparatively, you can develop in 2D much faster with little to no experience in game design.

Why Unity3D software?
Unity3D takes away most of the difficulties associated with a game design. It provides a built in physics engine, which otherwise would require a large amount of effort to develop. Unity3D also provides a rich and sophisticated animation system, with the ability to set up animations on a variety of objects, including humanoid characters. It also provides, among other things, a built in AI capability for navigation and path finding.

What kind of materials will you find in my course?
This is a course entirely based on videos and a set of tests/homeworks, so that we can test if you successfully acquired the concepts. Within each Lecture you will also find out any able resource you might need.

How long will it take to complete this course?
The course length is of around 5 hours, but you will still need to do some research and work on your own. Remember that the course is updated every one or two months, so the exact time it will take you to complete the course will greatly depend on the time you can dedicate to study and do self-research.

How is this course structured?
The course is structured in various sections, each one covering an important aspect of the game. Worth noting that, as the course is in constant update, new sections will arise slowly but surely!

For example, in the 1st section we welcome our new fellow students to the course. In the 2nd section, we go over all the graphic designing process. In the 3rd section we introduce our project's folder hierarchy and import the joystick. In the 4th section, we play around with our camera and create some code to make it follow our survivor properly. In the 5th section,

In a nutshell please...
Developing 2D Android and iOS games is a great way to start earning money and join the elite club of other successful app developers. You will also have a greater satisfaction while doing so. I assure you that I will help you to make this process much easier. Thanks for staying with me during this journey by purchasing this course. You won't regret it!

What are the requirements?

You should know the very basics of any programming language (preferably C#, Java or C++), but this is not strictly necessary: We'll learn everything from scratch!
Users with a basic knowledge of the Unity environment will have a slight advantage, but this is not required at all: we're going to cover everything from scratch.
and install (free) the latest version of Unity3D (available at their webpage,
and install (free) the latest version of the Inkscape software.

What am I going to get from this course?

Over 25 lectures and 5 hours of content!
Create a fully-fledged, complete 2D Game for Android/iOS/PC using Unity.
Design 2D Game Characters and maps from scratch.
Create some beautiful assets for your games using Inkscape/Illustrator and Photoshop.
Extend your existing games database to support other platforms: Android, iOS, BlackBerry, Windows 8/8.1, (Mac OSX), Linux, PC.

What is the target audience?

This Unity course is for whoever wishes to learn important and emerging concepts around the game development world, more oriented to the 2D industry. You will learn these concepts creating a 2D Zombies Survival game as an example, which is going to be updated regularly to cover the latest game development techniques. This course is primarily focused on the 2D Game development, so it's probably not for you if you are looking for a 3D Game tutorial. The reason why we are focusing on 2D games is that the most successful games for mobile platforms are 2D or 2.5D (examples: Angry Birds, Clash of Clans, Candy Crush, Flappy Birds, Boom Beach, ...)

Excel: Basic Excel and Business Analytics
MP4 | Video: 1280x720 | 79 kbps | 48 KHz | Duration: 3 Hours | 639 MB
Genre: eLearning | Language: English

Via an authentic case study, learn the basics, starting with entering data & formulas, up to pivot tables and charts.

This course provides a basic introduction to Excel via a case study. In the case study, you will analyze the product sales from a business, Cowboy Business Machines. Like other Excel courses, you'll learn the basics: data and number formats, formulas, copy/paste, insert/delete, printing, data filtering, pivot tables and charts.

This course is different from most other Excel courses because it focuses on the use of Excel to answer real business questions like "Who were the top customers for the year?" "What were the top-selling products?" "Did sales increase or decrease?" So you'll also learn about business topics like invoicing and sales.

At the end of the course, there is a lesson on how to write a basic business report to summarize the results from the product sales analysis: what topics to include, and some formatting tricks in Microsoft Word.
