Extract the "Crusader Kings 2" folder to wherever you like, login to Steam and start the game with "CK2game.exe".
Change language:
Choose the language at the starting screen or later in-game > Options.
Available is English, German, French & Spanish.
Multiplayer:
In-game, to host a game, click "Multiplayer > Host game".
Try to find the game in the match making browser and join.
Bonus content:

Crack:
The game is pre-cracked with REVOLT's multiplayer crack.
Normally there's no need to change the crack, but if you prefer CPY (SP only), take a look into the "Crack" folder.
