    Da es hier langsam ausartet mit gleichen Interpreten, aber verschiedenen Jahren, gilt ab sofort: Nur noch ein Thread pro Interpret, unabhängig von der Jahreszahl der verschiedenen Alben. Wünschenswert wäre es wenn ihr den Titel ab sofort so benennt: Interpret - Diskographie

    Gib dem Thread einen einfachen aber vernünftigen Titel, der zum Angebot passt. Um den Thread besser über die Suche zu finden, solltest du einen normalen Titel benutzen. Bei Threads in den Foren Musik, HQ Audio / Lossless und Soundtracks / OST immer das Jahr am Ende des Threadtitels in Klammern angeben, z.B.: Interpretname - Albumname (2016)

The Dream Roots Collection is a five-disc retrospective of Tangerine Dream's career, including one disc of previously unreleased material. All of the material on the collection has been remixed and reworked by Edgar Froese and his son Jerome, and while these remixes might not be historically accurate, they nevertheless retain the essence of the original versions, making the box an intriguing journey through the group's past. While the set is too extensive for casual listeners, hardcore fans will find the new mixes and rarities fascinating, making the set a worthwhile addition to their collection.

From their debut Just Ear-rings from 1965 till the tribute to their hometown The Hague from 2015 – all 26 studio albums by Holland's most legendary rock band are collected in a monumental box Complete Studio Recordings, augmented with no less than three cd's full of non-album tracks. Rinus Gerritsen and the little bit younger George Kooymans as kids live in the same area of The Hague and in 1961 decide to start a band. The two inspired musicians take on three band members and soon are ready to conquer the world as 'The Golden Earrings'. In 1965 they get their first record deal with the prestigious Polydor label and soon after that their debut album Just Ear-rings is released containing the first hit single Please Go. In the Sixties they continue to score many hits and in doing so lead the way for all Dutch Beat bands that follow. The Earring has some line-up changes in their first years, but when Cesar Zuiderwijk joins Barry Hay, George Kooymans and Rinus Gerritsen in 1970, finally the line-up is perfected: this formation rocks harder than ever before and it won't take long before they travel around the world with their monster hit Radar Love. This limited box contains all studio albums and three extra cd's with non-album tracks. Throughout the years Golden Earring released no less than 26 studio albums. Next to that, dozens of songs were released but not on official albums (the so called non-album tracks), including classics like That Day, Sound Of The Screaming Day, Another 45 Miles, Holy Holy Life and hard to find songs, like So You Want To Be A Rock'n'Roll Star / L.A. Woman and You Gun My Love. In total no less than 307 songs, that for the first time are compiled in this box set Complete Studio Recordings, including extended liner notes per album by respected music journalist Tjerk Lammers. So turn the volume up to 11 and hear how a little beat band from The Hague turned into the biggest and best Dutch rock band ever!

Limited 11CD box set from Dutch rock legends Golden Earring. Together with Red Bullet, the band collected seven live albums, plus some unique recordings previously only available as B-sides. Also included are several recordings from the Five Zero Show from 2015, which were only available on DVD before. The live albums are divided in six digipacks. The seventh set is a bonus disc with live rarities. The box also features a 32-page booklet with liner notes from Tjerk Lammers. In this booklet, the various Live LPs are highlighted separately. And the existence of a band on-the-road comes alive by various anecdotes as told by Tjerk, who also recently interviewed lead singer Barry Hay for this box set and who in 2015 published a book about the Golden Earring. The booklet is illustrated with beautiful photographs from the Vinkes brothers, who have been photographing the Golden Earring as early as the late 70s. Alive... Through the Years is the successor to the Complete Studio Recordings box set released two years ago. And just like the latter, this live box set will also be released as a limited numbered edition.

Despite the eight discs of Chas & Dave, The Rockney Box: 1981-1991 doesn’t quite have everything the knees-up duo did in the '80s, the decade where they had their greatest success. Notably, the 1986 Top 10 single "Snooker Loopy" -- recorded with a bunch of pro snooker players performing under the name the Matchroom Mob -- isn't on the CDs, but it is on the accompanying DVD, which rounds up eight promo videos, two Top of the Pops performances, and some assorted outtakes. There is a similar odds-and-sods CD, collecting B-sides, non-LP singles, and other oddities and, generally, this is looser and livelier than the albums on the box, possibly because there are some interesting one-offs, like sessions recorded at Sun, duets with Clarence "Frogman" Henry and Lonnie Donegan, the latter bashing away on the Beatles' "You Won’t See Me." Apart from that, this comic, cockney nostalgia music sounds relatively robust on the earlier albums (1981's Mustn't Grumble, 1982's Joblot), then cheaper and cheekier as the time goes on. That tinny, clanking production, relentless cheerfulness, and outdated rhyming slang is bound to irritate anybody who wasn’t already a Chas & Dave fan but, then again, is there anybody who isn’t a fan who would indulge in this box? No matter how nicely produced it is -- and this is -- eight CDs is a lot of Chas & Dave and, even if you're a big fan, listening to this incessant knees-up might wind up as an endurance test.
