Course Preview:Join me on the path of SELF-DISCOVERY and SELF-DEVELOPMENT. Challenge yourself to take steps in the right direction and to become active around your personal development. If you want your life to change, then you need to start with understanding the world you live in. Seeing it for what it really is. Now let me tell you what this course is about.Course Information:Each module deals with ONE TOPIC that we will break down and gain awareness of. At the end of each part, there will be SHORT PRACTICAL EXERCISES. The practical exercises always start with a prompt for you to become MORE CONSCIOUS of the day's topic. This will usually take you around FIVE MINUTES to complete. Then there will be another prompt about what EXPERIENCES to create in the days to come. These experiences will NOT be difficult to achieve but are EXTREMELY important, they are PARAMOUNT. You can do this course as slow or as quick as you want, but I recommend leaving 3 to 7 days between the topics.These are the five modules of this course:Challenge Worldviews / Chaos and Order / Accept Cycles / Choose Surroundings / Love Family.Goals:The goal for this course is for you to mature, develop and be able to create a happy and content life. By understanding the world around you, you will understand yourself.Course breakdown:Find your unique way: Challenge WorldviewsIn this part of the course you will discover your unique and inherent value system. You will be able to differentiate what worldviews serve you, and which ones don't. By finding your way, and being content with what your world should look like you will feel connected to everything and everyone and come to accept that you are part of something bigger.Mix it up: Chaos and OrderAn orderly party is as boring as your grandmother's friends' stories of the good old times. And a chaotic workplace does not allow for any productive outlet. So, chaos and order both have their place, so in this part of the course you will learn at what times you need chaos or order. You will come to understand that being disciplined does not mean being inflexible. You are invited to strengthen your individual persona through discipline.Surrender to the effects of nature: Accept CyclesOur body and mind reacts to our surroundings, and our surroundings are hugely affected by the cycles and rhythms of nature. In this part of the course you will understand that you are not meant to feel the same all the time. You will come to accept daily, monthly and yearly rhythms and seasons and learn how to go with the flow and not against it.Create the world you live in: Choose SurroundingsYou can not only decorate your bedroom, you can dictate the surroundings of your entire life. In this part you will understand the effect your immediate surroundings have on you. You will learn ways to improve your surroundings, and accept your sensitivities around certain surroundings.Overcome adversity: Love FamilyIn this part you will understand that you will love all your family members, whether you want to or not. So, not being able to choose means you will need to learn how to still love a family member when disliking them. This talk is designed for you to strive to have the most healthy family relationships possible.
