Eights are wild as gamers take control of 88 different superheroes and explore 88 rooms on a quest to stop Dr. H8 in 88 Heroes. On August 8th, 1988 the evil doctor threatens to launch 88 nuclear missiles unless he receives 88 octillion dollars in the next 88 hours. Paying isn't an option, so 88 heroic and dim-witted superheroes must infiltrate Dr. H8's lairs to locate and destroy his space base. The classically styled side-scrolling action is presented with pixelated graphics and a chiptune soundtrack, and it finds players controlling a different randomly selected hero on each level.
