Digital cameras are a good companion for capturing everyday moments - they are handy and offer automatic settings that save you time. However, sometimes the camera fails to focus on the subject automatically and it comes out unsharp.

AKVIS Refocus comes with a simple and easy-to-use interface from which you can quickly and easily load and preview the image you want to edit.

From AKVIS Refocus' main window you zoom in or out your image and choose between the Refoucs, Iris blur and Tilt-shift mode.

The Refocus mode helps you improve the sharpness of the area you want in focus or process the entire photo.

The Tilt-shift mode helps you add gradual blur at the edges of the picture and apply a smooth transition between the clear and sharp part of the picture and the part where the bokeh effect is present.

Thanks to this effect you will be able to achieve the miniature or toy look in your pictures without the need of a tilt-shift lens for your camera.

If you need to draw the attention to your subject and fade away other elements from the picture you can use the Iris blur effect. You can focus only on your subject and blur the rest of the picture using different bokeh shapes.

AKVIS Refocus' features are capable to fulfill the needs of beginners and professional users alike and offers numerous presets that can be used by the novices.
