WiFi Explorer detects and displays the information of 802.11a/b/g/n wireless networks in the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands. In addition, it supports 20 MHz (narrow) and 40 MHz (wide) channel widths.
Quickly identify channel conflicts and overlapping
Wireless networks transmit their signal in a narrow radio frequency range called channel. In actual wireless communications, the transmitted signals of adjacent channels will overlap and interfere with each other, and therefore you should always pick a channel that is free from other Wi-Fi routers or sources of interference.
WiFi Explorer can help you to identify channel conflicts, overlapping and other factors (e.g. configuration issues) that may be affecting the connectivity, security and/or performance of your wireless network in homes, offices, and other sites.
Get an insight into the network details
WiFi Explorer provides an insight into the network details, such as:

Monitor network parameters over time
WiFi Explorer monitors the signal strength (RSSI), background noise, and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of each network over time and lets you export the metrics and other network details to CSV file format.
